In all seriousness, I usually skip breakfast, but when I don't, it's usually to eat a couple of eggs. Good stuff.

I tried swallowing raw eggs years ago and it was such a struggle. Such a meaningless endeavor when I can simply boil them and actually enjoy them that way.

In a given day, at most one but I try to keep it to less than 4 in a week.

Edit:
Eggs are a good source of protein along with fish and chicken but I would recommend lowering your intake to at most 2 / day. One egg has more cholesterol than an entire chicken breast.

Edit 2:
Unless your cholesterol is fine and you continually excercise then you'll be fine with your current intake.

I add an egg to my morning oatmeal, cinnamon, honey shake and I do that about 3 times a week.

Fried egg in a burger is da best.
Ramen egg is da best.
Overeasy with toast is da best.

Eggs...you da best.

I'd need to look, but I believe there's a good bit of science behind bad cholesterol being influenced more by genetics and less by items higher in cholesterol, at least with eggs. Anecdotal, but I ate 2-3 eggs a day for six months and saw my HDL drop while seeing improvements to my LDL.

It also helps to look at what people are preparing the eggs with. Some people do their eggs using tons of cooking oil, for example.

While we're at it, I've heard/read that eating protein in excess will turn into fat, any truth to that?

I'm lifting 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week and I'm eating as clean as possible and taking in a lot of protein. I know the body doesn't absorb it all for muscles, there's a cap to how much it can take at a time so what happens with the rest?

I like to eat a lot of tuna when I want to eat as lean as I can since it's basically all protein but 2 cans of tuna is quite a lot of protein.

Also trying to control sodium intake sucks. Salt makes food taste so good.

If you don't exercise enough I believe the excess protein will simply store itself, so there is truth to it. I think all you have to do is imagine someone who does not exercise whatsoever but still eats as much protein as a body builder. Is that person going to simply defecate what isn't used by the muscles? Absolutely not. It's going to be stored.

I put 4-5 eggs in my fried rice which I make probably 3 times a month.

I also will eat leftovers for breakfast and I'll usually cook to put over the leftovers like noodles or rice.

My favourite way to eat eggs: salad cream, hard-boiled eggs, teaspoon of curry powder. All mashed-up and in a nice sandwich.

The healthy way to eat eggs: without the salad cream or bread. Or curry.

Or if you're still scared of cholesterol: zero eggs (let's face it, everything you eat/drink's a killer if you believe the reports).

depends really, sometimes i can go months without them others i eat too many in just a day when i have a bk's croissant or wendys muffin in the morning and for dinner i have me some scrambled eggs with ham

I've never imagined that so many human beings eat multiple eggs per day. How are you people eating 3 or more eggs literally every day? Do you have eggs for every meal? What the fuck is going on?

I like some eggs with breakfast every now and then, but they upset my stomach most of the time, so I generally avoid them.

Anywhere between 0 - 8 or so.

Some days I choose to eat other stuff, but I really love eggs and make food with them pretty frequently.

I do do some weight training, although it's intermittent. 1 - 3 times per week usually.

I usually do 4 or 5 in a single omelette.

My daily breakfast consists of Porridge (oatmeal) with berries, followed by three poached eggs on wholemeal toast. For a bit of variation I sometimes scramble them.

Ask me about the moon landing or the temperature at which jet fuel burns. You may be surprised at what you learn.
I boil two eggs and make a sandwich using whole grain bread (6 grams protein per slice x2). Thats my breakfast most of the week. Sometimes Ill add a slice of fat free cheese or chicken bologna. Gotta get that protein!

Banana oatmeal shake before the gym and baked chicken or fish for dinner. I gym 6 days a week so I can never get enough protein.

Upset stomach from eggs? You tell us whats going on!

Cut them completely out of my diet as of a month ago. Not worth the prostate cancer risk.

Only dairy I'm still consuming is cheese and thats in very rare cases.

motherfuckers, they should include a revolver and a bullet with the purchase of any food from now on to play the russian roulette since everything kills you anyways might as well make it quick and painless. sad!

I eat on average about 8 eggs a week.

Microwaved eggs sound...less than ideal.

According to my girlfriend, her father loves a perfectly circular egg, and so he microwaves two eggs in a small cup or round device. Fits perfectly on his English muffin, so she says.

The temptation to try it is there, but the hesitation overpowers it.

Don't worry, I'll vouch for them.

He should get an egg poacher, I have one and it is a breeze.
