M~kay. So I have a confession. A drunk one or I wouldn't be here. I've come to appreciate a great bath with jets in the tub... sometimes I'm there for like 15 min. During this time i have several whiskeys.... bathing... thought I was over that bullshit.

All I want to do is play Persona, but I'm just about done saving for a Vive so that'd just be 60$ out of my Vive. Means I gotta wait. :[ Its pretty funny though. I have an anime craving, we watched some Cowboy Bebop last night and I just started to rewatch attack on titan.

The anime has a powerful draw...


And yes, Snakepass looks great. I really want to play that too.
Still playing Dark Souls 3, and its quite good. A year in and I really haven't fallen in love with it though. I only have 45 hours in it. Its satisfying, but not magical. My character is probably the best I've ever made though.

My Persona 5 Take you​r heart out edition should be here in a couple of days, but I probably won't beat it in 2017. I still have soooo many games that I have yet to complete (I recently even started Bloodborne).

Dark Souls 3 is awesome and I recently beat all of the bosses. Still need to get the season pass lol

I started going to the company gym every day to pass time so traffic dies down. It's kinda nice to have a schedule where I may be bettering myself for a change.

That said I was planning on getting a box of Coronas and watching the first two F&F movies again while saying La Familia a lot.

I still skim GAF most days out of the week, but I've mostly lost interest in interacting directly with the forum lately. But that's been my approach to the internet in general these days. A silent observer, like a ghost. 👻 I just like to watch. 👀

I'm not a regular by any means, but my interaction in OT over the last few months has shown that you probably know your shit. Now if only I could refrain from just...ya know....looking at gaming and OT. Just to check the news. Make sure Nintendo hasn't gone 3rd party and we haven't entered WW3.

Not to spend 20 minutes writing a post because someone was an idiot, followed by 3 minutes of deliberation before finally deleting it and bitterly skimming some other forum. No, definitely not that.

Diddy, I Finally finished nier. I liked it. My gf liked it more but it was the first taro game she experienced (she ignored d3 when j was playing it through for some reason.) the game just had too many bugs. I had it hard crash before the final boss of route a and lock up in an uwinnable state in the route b final boss to mention the worst ones.

Persona 5 though. Okay I'm four hours in and the game feels like it hasn't really started yet. But. Shit I'm enjoying it and I came in expecting to hate it lol girlfriend got super into too which is annoying. Game is so long yet every time I play it when she's not around she gets pissed 😑👎

As you get older where you allocate time becomes the biggest issue. I had no problem playing Nioh for weeks straight when it came out because it was more action focused. Same with Dark Souls 3 earlier this year.

I was going steady with Yakuza as well but went on vacation and started a new job so it completely screwed up my routine involving it. Add on all the text and cutscenes, when I come to games for the mechanics/gameplay, it gets tough.

I say this with P5 sitting in front of the TV...fml

theres a lot I really really like about Persona 5 but it unfortunately doesn't let me do those things often....20 hours in and everything is still completely on rails and idk I have if I have another 80 hours of this in me.

So ... went to see Ghost in the Shell and thought it was a great summation of the first 2 films and my ability to be completely composed although inebriated. Would gladly see again sober. I don't really get some of the negative reviews...
Edit: also... I might go and order a Switch from Japan.

I got all the main endings and have to say that I love OG Nier more. Sure, the gameplay is a lot better, but the story and characters in Automata never really grabbed me.

But I'm probably alone with that opinion 🤖

Nah, I have the same opinion. Liked the characters and writing more in the first nier. When people were talking about tonal/gameplay shifts, I was expecting something like d1's apocalypse or emil's mansion in nier, etc. and felt let down. The final s9 mini game in automata had some amazing controls thou I could play a game just like that lol
