Troyzan (idol), Tai (two idols), Debbie (extra vote), and Sierra (legacy advantage) are all on the same side? Other side is fucked
Yeah, that's the long and short of it unless those sides get scrambled.

I love Zeke because he's ballsy as fuck, but I think he's trying to do this too early.

Debbie is maybe the most annoying Survivor of all time.
Colton Cumbie will always hold that title for me.

And just when I was thinking about how I was actually kind of liking Ozzy for the first time since Cook Islands.

Congrats to Debbie on being the first person to ever use an extra vote and not be voted out at the exact same tribal council.

This season has been a real disappointment after the strategic tour-de-force that was last season.

I think greatest hits seasons don't work as well usually, except for Heroes and Villains.

I hope Zeke is able to turn it around. He's lucky to be alive. Andrea was pretty harsh in her vote confessional.

Zeke was turning on his allies for 20 days (one of them was Andrea, a friend outside the game and someone that actually played Survivor Fan Games with him) for no reason other than to 'make a move'. I actually thought Andrea's confessional let Zeke off easy haha. Like, if Debbie didn't want Ozzy out this could have been a 11-1 vote. (well, 10-1-1 because Cirie voted for Sierra lmao)

Really hoping Zeke goes soon, he kind of represents everything bad about modern Survivor strategy to me. (though his answer to Jeff's question almost circled back to hilarious. almost)

Well, had Cirie not thrown a vote at Sierra, it would have been a tie without her extra vote, and they would have gone to rocks.

Yeah, it was a smart move to play it, even if Debbie's crew would probably give into voting Zeke if it actually came down to making a on the spot decision.

As a Cirie, Andrea, and Aubry fan, Ozzy leaving hurts haha. With the other side having so many idols it seems like it will be difficult for them to make a comeback.

Zeke overplayed that for sure. Nearly got himself voted off and now no one will trust him. He should have tried that when his alliance gained power.

As for the opposite alliance, probably every player pregame who I did not want on the show are now in power :/.

Culpepper seems like in a pretty good spot. The other side is gunning for Sierra instead of him, and he probably can count on Tai to use one of his idol to save him, maybe even from Troyzan. And he should be decent at some physical challenges (unless it's endurance). He also has a nice edit so far.

Zeke was a douche last time around but he seems smart enough to deserve to win

Andrea is also top tier clever

My wildcard favourite is still Tai dammit. I like him still

Zeke doesn't know how to play Survivor. He self implodes all the time, wants to throw grenades in an attempt to make a move but ends up putting the grenade to his chest.

Even if it ultimately turns out to be a good move for him, it sure as fuck seems to have ruined this season.

Shout out to Debbie this episode.

Between her fake drunkenness, her skepticism towards Zeke's truth-telling, and her unnecessary yet still totally smug advantage use she has cemented her status as a GOAT joke character.

Glad to have her on.

she had to give up basic necessities of life for that advantage ;-;

Debbie <3

Geez, Zeke screwed up pretty bad. Dude seems like he can't do anything about his game since there is a strong clique going.

Im Team Andrea or Tai. I still believe in Tai

Do you just get the sense that it's just impossible for it to happen for Ozzy at this point? I feel like everyone knows it already, but this episode just kinda cemented that people are just always going to pick him off. Even amidst an distracting Andrea/Zeke alliance crumble, people will always group together to get rid of him.

As a Cirie, Andrea, and Aubry fan, Ozzy leaving hurts haha. With the other side having so many idols it seems like it will be difficult for them to make a comeback.

When Ozzy saw Aubry in his voting group, he should have known he was doomed. I like Aubry and all, but that girl has been alliance poison this season. She's having this remarkable ability of always landing on the wrong side of the numbers.

Can anyone confirm that CBS isn't doing Ponderosa videos on YouTube anymore? They just posted the challenges, tribals, votes and final words, but no ponderosa videos.

I just want to know if they're hiding even more content behind CBS All Access.

Took some searching, but I did find the first Ponderosa video on All Access.

I think my apprehension about Cirie not being able to line up her sights and calibrate during pre-merge tribal councils has proven to be justiified. She's 0-for-2 at casting votes for the eventual booted castaway thus far.

Contrast that with her previous Survivor stints excluding the tribal council she herself was tossed in...
- Heroes vs. Villains - 2-for-2
- Fans vs. Favorites - 11-for-12 (the only miss was when her vote was idoled out by Amanda)
- Fiji - 7-for-8 (she was briefly on the wrong side of the numbers post-tribe swap and tossed a stray vote to boot Shane)

Cirie isn't used to not getting her way at tribal council. Hence her reaction during Ozzy's boot tonight had me cracking up.

Well the Michaela vote wasn't her being on the wrong side of the numbers, and I dunno what's going on with the Sierra vote.

Was it really that good though? If you watch it without the knowledge/afterglow of what Russel did in Samoa the previous season (which is pretty much untoppable IMO), it's forgettable.

It's nothing but good moments. JT giving the idle away, Tyson's vote switching, Parvati's double idle play, Sandra burning the hat. It's a really fun season. Second Chances was amazing too as far as returning seasons go, as was the first fans vs favourites to a lesser extent.

Screw you Zeke for mocking the Culpepper-brand, and another proof of how mediocre of a player he is. Big ego, rude and average-as-fuck at the game.

A good reminder of how much I disliked the guy back in Millennials vs. Gen X, and here he is back again.

On the other hand, Cirie getting a ton of content is great. Such a good narrator. Not sure about her "Sierra"-vote though, but maybe she is trying not to burn bridges... maybe?

Sierra is certainly a lot more active this time around then she was last time. Debbie also didn't fall in the same trap as fellow "Extra-votes" players Dan and Stephen, as in getting voted out the same episode as they used it.

Is there anywhere to watch every episode of Survivor all the way back to Season 1? Does Hulu have it?

Hulu and Amazon Prime have many seasons, but many of the early ones are missing. If you're willing to spend money on another service, every season is available at CBS All Access, along with every season of Big Brother and other CBS shows. Good way to support them and show them Survivor is worth keeping on the air.

If you plan to watch out of order, hit me up if you want spoiler-free recommendations.

Cirie seems to have fool some of the viewers too. While Michaela is on about two black women and how great this is, it's extremely obvious Cirie doesn't care at all. Cirie wants to win, not set an example for black women before going down with the ship. She wanted Michaela's trust but did nothing to actually earn it other than tell people she'd prefer if Hali went home. But she could have guaranteed Michaela's survival and did not. Michaela almost went home.

It was smart, don't get me wrong. Wonderful play. No risk at all to her and a chance of getting a loyal minion. But don't look at her like a hero. She's not. That was as devious as convincing someone to give up immunity.

I do wonder why Hali didn't vote for Michaela. She knew the tribe was going for her and it was obvious Michaela was the other target (at least in the edit). She'd still be there had she forced a tie. They'd have all gotten rid of Michaela for sure.

Debbie should've saved her extra vote to save either herself or an important ally. Hopefully this bites her ass down the line.

Also, in the first immunity challenge I thought it was funny and ironic how Andrea won a balance challenge after a scene which showed losing her balance while walking over some rocks.

She voted for Michaela because that was what she was supposed to do. She knew Michaela was safe. At the second Tribal she must have known the other side had the numbers to do whatever they wanted, because she voted for Sierra 'to spice things up'. She was just trying to cause chaos with that.

She hasn't voted for the person going home, but she does seem aware of what is going on.

Apparently, Cirie voted for Sierra because she didn't want to go to rocks. Which actually makes sense because of the new tie-breaker rule. Why would Cirie want to risk her game to save Ozzy or Zeke?

Not that it mattered considered Debbie used her Extra-Vote, but had Debbie not used it and Cirie had voted for Zeke, then they would all go to rocks.

Zeke's a moron. This season is now really one-sided. Getting ready for dem snipes.

Nah I don't think that was stupid. What did Sierra gain by blowing his plan up? She could have taken out Andrea or Cirie, major players, and instead burned someone that might have been turned to her alliance (Ozzy seemed at least friendly with them and only stuck with the other side for Cirie).

Sierra is the moron here. What she did made no sense at all.

She didn't trust Zeke.

Zeke is the moron, because no one trusted him, and he tried to dictate a plan to people who didn't trust what he was selling.

And with Sierra/Debbie managing to get Ozzy out, they took a loyal member of the opposing alliance out and kept Zeke, who's volatile and no one trusts, in. Either way, someone from the other alliance goes and Sierra's now in the majority. With the exception of wasting the double vote (something that I don't blame Debbie doing because Sarah might not have voted with them/Cirie might not have wasted her vote), everything went incredibly well for the two. Zeke almost got himself out 11-1. There's no way Sierra's the moron here.
