This is weird but I expect a Detroit demo to drop during the conference. Something like a 10 min sequence

Did they ever demo Heavy Rain or Beyond at the other E3s or was it just trailers and then you would get gameplay released on the net?

Reminds me of that demo of Until Dawn, where everyone was shouting out what option to chose to the bloke onstage when the character is getting chased. Maybe they'll demo a smaller actiony scene like that one?

i'd be very surprised if it didn't have at least a demo on the Floor and a trailer in the conference. I expect it to release this year after 4 years of development.

There will be a Destiny 2 section. If Red Dead 2 doesn't drop this year, Destiny 2 will be contending for the sales title. I fully expect something + a "Beta starts right now/tomorrow on PS4" announcement to close the segment.

Too many games for this E3 tbh.

- I'd push Dreams and Detroit into the EU E3, whether it's Gamescom or PGS.
- Move TLOU2 into gameplay for PSX closer, and show MP on the next E3 for a 2018 Q4 or 2019 release date.

- Open with GOWIV 15min and include a quick semi-boss or boss battle at the end for the epicness.
- Uncharted Legacy trailer
- Quick trailer of GT Sport, bigger focus at PGS.
- Bend's new IP to get another big push
- RDR2, Battlefront II, and COD getting their shine
- FFVIIR gameplay demo & release date, KHIII demo & release date
- Death Stranding gameplay demo, & release date
- PSVR
- indie reel
- 1 unique indie getting its own push
- 1 new IP AAA surprise
- Spiderman gameplay with release date
- close with Sucker Punch's new IP

That's a fuckton of content, easily to make 90-120m long conference without padding.

Death Stranding began its development earlier this year.... And Kojima himself said that he hopes its done before 2020 olympics...

God of War, Spider-Man, Days Gone, Detroit: Become Human, Dreams and GT Sport need to be shown. Everything else can be pushed to PSX but the more, the merrier as well.

Order it first and let me know

No promises, still trying to figure out a costume for myself.

I usually build a custom one each year...the last build took several weeks, had battery packs, inline LED lighting, etc. Trying to top that this year and coming up blank.

OT: Bring the heat this year Mm. Year of Dreams Volume 3 - Featuring Dreams

You make em? That's mad impressive. Here I am drawing a blank try to figure out how to get crazy string in a small compartment to come out and put it on my wrists(son wants to be iron man, baby will be hulk)

And we are totally off topic lol sorry guys

Go dreams!

Sony has marketing rights for Destiny, Red Dead, and Battlefront . They will take up a decent chunk of their conference, probably COD too.

I feel like they're a one in-one out studio, might be wrong though. WHat was the last thing they did? Gravity Rush: Remaster?
I think they do more than one game at once. Uncharted Collection released in October 2015, and Gravity Rush Remaster came out out in Japan in December 2015.

What third party titles besides CoD, Red Dead, and Battlefront are we expecting at e3?

Destiny 2 for sure and maybe something Warner like the announcement of the Batman game from WB Montreal. Squeenix might have something too (FFVII R, Hitman SE02, KH3, DQXI are tangible candidates I think)

Still not confident about RDR2 tho...

It'd be cool if they did a demo for Detroit where the audience and/or people at home can vote for which option to choose via the PlayStation App.

I'd probably choose the Resistance trilogy if I could have Bluepoint working on anything (providing multiplayer is there).

I may be out of the loop with developments, but I am the only one who can see thatgamecompany debuting their new game at Sony's E3?

socom remaster! make it happen bluepoint/sony!

Bluepoint's not going to provide the support a multiplayer game would need, so I don't think there's any chance of that happening. They'd be sending it out to die.

If Sony were interested in reviving Socom, Warhawk or whatever, they'd ideally partner up with a developer who can remaster and continually support them.

Two things:

Firstly, would Bluepoint be in a position to maybe do something original with a current property rather than another remaster? I imagine they would want to create at some point.

Second, any chance we see more of Hellblade as the big special indie game part of the conference?

It would be disappointing if they did a Resistance collection without multiplayer, but I honestly don't know the feasibility of implementing it anyway. I remember people were disappointed when the UC collection did not have multiplayer, but maybe that was different 'cause of UC4 coming out and all that. I would still purchase it anyway if it had no MP though. It would be cool to see R:FoM with trophies.

I would be ok with co-op campaign and the horde mode from Resistance 2.

CO-OP campaign for resistance 1 and 2 was awesome.

1. It doesn't seem like they're that interested in it and when you think about it, why would they be? They've found a niche they're highly respected in and I can't imagine they're lacking work, so making original games is a risk in comparison.

2. Sure, there's no reason why it can't. I don't think Sony had any indie games last year, probably because a decent chunk of the conference was taken up by VR, but Firewatch got a pretty nice spot during their 2015 conference. TBH I've been kinda disappointed by the lack of indie games in their conferences the last couple of years. Their indie segment in 2013 was a real highlight at the time and it's not like they've been lacking great indie games to show more recently.

Resistance 2 didn't have a co-op campaign, its campaign was single player only, co-op was limited to the team-based missions (which btw, were way ahead of their time). You might be thinking of Resistance 3.

Yea I think your right I also remember playing co-op in resistance one when PS3 first came out. 3 I think was the one I remember the most.

While I'd love Demon's Souls I'm expecting God of War 1 & 2, available right now announcement.

God of war 1 and 2 were PS2. They would have to totally remake them. Plus those were re-released already on PS3.

Infamous, Resistance, Killzone trilogy are likely candidates.
