I think $99 could potentially be a Switch thing, card prices turning into N64-style $99 cartridges like back in the day.

Or it could always be an error ;)

guys, remember when our dollar was stronger?

It was really jank at launch at least. Not sure if they ever patched it.

Damn, thanks for the head's up on this.

If you've never played the ac games ? Hell yes it's worth it, otherwise I would personally wait for it to drop to $20

Fair enough. I ran through each game on PS3 and kinda itching to get into it again.

I'll just settle for the Jack the Ripper DLC for Syndicate on sale on PSN for my AC fix.

Our dollar is so weak it done broke.

Awful work on my part but I'm standing by it.

I'm super curious what everyone is doing with E3 this year. I wonder if (certain) games will magically be $49.99 again like last year. With Prime being a bigger thing now, 20% off during E3 is silly town. Super, super curious what's coming in a few weeks.

$90 games means I won't even be buying those games even with the Amazon Prime discount. With the 20% discount, they still come to $72 before taxes are included!

Guys we haven't even crossed the 5,000 post threshold for this thread. Let's not talk up titles for the next thread until we're a lot closer to the 20K mark. Game prices probably will be up to $100 (including tax) at that point so it's all good.

(Just an FYI that $89.99 games in Ontario come to $101.69 with tax.)

I'm not expecting anything. Hell, I just put down pre-orders on whatever I could at $63.99 with the expectation that prices will keep going up.

I am looking for a chair for my sitting area and I noticed there's this sale on BB:

However, the reviews seem to be highly untrliable. Anyone knows a good sub 200$ chair they would recommend?
Thanks for this. I just placed an order.

Soooo who likes indie games?

Did someone say indie games?

(I wish indie games weren't $6 or so more expensive, that feels crazy for games under $30.)

I'm with you. I've preordered anything remotely interesting to me, which isn't a usual move for me. But now I feel set, outside of random announcements. You can never be too careful. I'm just hoping for a few random $50 games, to help make it easier to afford a few things in the fall, haha.

$90 games means I mentally consider every major release date as one year later than the actual year.

Sorta this but I'd mean I'd buy even less games then I do now since it'll take that much longer for them to get down to what I'd consider to be a reasonable price. I'm already skipping a ton that I would have been interested in but by the time they DO get cheap I've lost interest.

I'm also buying less games even when they get cheap simply because I don't really have time for them. My backlog huge and I'm tired of throwing money down the drain on games I bought for $20-$50 and then never actually play.

The switch docks seem to be releasing on the 19th for $120.

It's at that price point that I need to want it more than I do to buy it now.

$89 games makes me sad.

I already haven't played RE7, Yakuza and a few others due to $79.99 games. I'm trying to wait until games hit $50 before I jump in (exception on Nintendo games since they never drop). $100 games would be ludicrous.

Haven't paid full price for a game in a long time. Will soon for the Fire Emblem LE. Otherwise I use the steam early discount or CDkeys.

Anyone pre-order Injustice 2 and is getting it today? Mine still says its shipping May 23-25. I have Prime and used the fastest shipping option.
