Do you eat food from gas stations?

(CNN)One person is dead and nine others were hospitalized after they contracted botulism from eating contaminated nacho cheese sauce at a gas station outside of Sacramento, California, state and local officials said

And don't buy food when the place looks like the Leatherface residence. I worked with a guy who loved fried chicken from a very specific gas station. Every time I think about eating anything from a gas station, I think of Futurama and Fry getting a sandwich from a vending nachine.

Do you eat food from shady places? I won't even eat fast food if it's joined to a gas station, yes, that's weird.

But it's a staple of Terminator movies.

Eating food from gas stations.

Ok not eating at gas stations ever

I would literally rather not eat anything at all rather than pollute my temple with garbage from a gas station.

I mean, there's ALWAYS a better option, right?

Get that Royal Farms fried chicken in Maryland. Pretty good stuff.

Liked Dodgers down South. They had fried everything and I enjoyed it occasionally.

Pretty decent Mexican food place in a Shell station near me, little on the expensive side but the food is pretty good.

Don't really mess with the nachos or stuff in the rollers too much, too open to the public.

Can enjoy a 7-11 pizza every once in awhile. In Hawaii really enjoyed their spam musubi and pork hash. Know they ain't all gas stations, but a good chunk of them offer gas.

Edit: forgot the Exxon near me has a Wendy's in it and I'll eat there too.

I mean I guess I would if I was starving but I can't think of a single instance where I was so famished that I needed some sort of perishable food item from a gas station to continue. I'd probably just grab a Slim Jim or some other packaged item and keep it moving.

Depends on the gas station. No way at random no-name (edit: this was autocorrected to non-American originally) gas stations.

QuickTrip? Absolutely. Hell, they've renovated or entirely rebuilt most of their locations in KC to double down on food.

Water is not wet!
ill get roller food. If its something they cook in the store only if its an actual restaurant inside the gas station.

Wawa expanded here recently and I'll buy subs and stuff from them, but it's not exactly a typical gas station.

Gas station in the OP looks sketchy af.

When I'm working out in the country sometimes it's the only choice.

I was about to say I wouldn't eat nacho cheese from a servo, but then I've eaten some dirty ass cheese sausages from their bain-marie before.

Totally. But all the local ones cook their own food. My nearest one has the best tater logs around and I had one of their cheese burgers for the first time recently and I'd choose it over McD or BK.

Though, thinking about it, I wouldn't eat there if I hadn't grown up doing so. It looks super run down, the sign was removed years ago, the owners refuse to repave the parking lot so it's full of holes and holes filled with gravel.

Is Wawa like a Buccees? Buccees is practically a wal mart lol

Wawa is a gas station with a little food minimart and a great sandwich shop in it. They also make stuff like mac and cheese bowls and breakfast burritos and stuff fresh. It's pretty fucking solid grub.

QuikTrip has solid food. Any busy station has enough product turnover that it's not an issue. But a shady place that is dirty or isn't a major chain? No thanks.

I work nights, and sometimes have to drive around. Gas stations are some of the only places I can get food in a pinch. Luckily we have a couple pretty good chains around here.

You mean the stores in Gas Stations? Of course but as a store so water, cookies, donuts, etc.

One of these stores is side of the hotel when we go days shopping and we like the burritos there, but the place looks clean.

I worked 3rd shift at a gas station for about a year. I won't touch any of their food.

But Quik Trip? Fuck yeah, they've got a lot of great stuff. I'm glad we have them on like every corner here in Kansas.

I'd only eat food from branded gas stations. QuikTrip has started outfitting itself with actual kitchens. On top of that, their hotdogs are boss.
