People would rather say, "Er ist ein schlechter Mensch (bad)" than "Er ist ein böser Mensch" (evil). Böse is more used with fictional stories and characters. Also, it kinda sounds childish, can't say why, probably because it is used in fairy tales very often.

Evil isn't really that high in Trumpo's lexicon, whereas "bad" is said like every 5th word by him, so my guess is he said germans are "bad guys" like he called mexicans "bad hombres"

if anything germany should be upset that he won't even take the time to learn what "guy" is in german

Yeah, it's probably "bad" that he used. Bad or evil don't really make a difference in this context, however. Evil just sounds more over the top.

Not influence. The influence is there. The respect and admiration. Think of a movie like Air Force One playing now. An American president being a respected hero adored by staff and public alike, of a country like Russia respecting the US. Of people willing to give their lives for an honorable man, that people would struggle with the decision to lose him.

Just crazy. Vilifying allies near and far, being a jerk, pushing leaders out of the way, refusing to shake hands, etc. Enemies don't respect him and no allies will either. He is like the King Joffrey of politicians now.

The FUCK? If this is true, fuck this man so much. I mean, fuck him already, but what the fuck. Everyone who voted for him should be fucking ashamed of themselves. You messed up so bad, America (as if that wasn't already clear).

The US is starting to become a threat to the free world because of this man, and I think we need to take that seriously.
