I somewhat agree, but I still think DBZ has the most potential in 3D, it's just really difficult to crack having that rapid of a pace for combat and it actually playing well. Which, for now, seems like will be best done in 2D.

IMO, a Xenoverse game in the future with VR support would be fantastic. Won't be a fast paced as DB is perceived as having, but I mean who would care if you can feel like you're flying and shooting Kamehamehas for real?

But yeah agreed for now 2D seems like the way to go.

I want form changes to be bar activated in within the match. It looks to be that way. This game is a definite departure from the copy paste cookie cutter formula from the countless games before it.

They are going with quality here instead of watered down quantity. They will definitely be giving love to every single character they put into this game. The game will nother have a stupid high character count, but you will have characters with specific animations and movements only tailored to them.

I still can't really believe I'm looking at this. That this looks like it could potentially be an actual deep competitive fight game. That is graphically is fucking beautiful and uses that amazing Xrd style that is absolutely perfect for Dragon Ball.

Like fuck man I've wanted this game pretty much my whole life. Just please be something I can play like Xrd or Street Fighter. Please god dammit and I won't ever ask for anything else in life, I'll just eat and live and be happy.

Goku is mirrored, you can tell by his symbol being on the wrong side (though the symbol itself isn't flipped).
I get doing that in Guilty Gear, but I hope they change that for the final release of this game, it looks dumb.

The one thing I want from this first and foremost is for it to be a good fighter, so I don't know if Chiaotzu would work due to hitboxes/hurtboxes. I also don't want it to feel watered down by a bunch of characters who play similarly; it would be great if every fighter truly has their own feel, which is something ASW certainly excels at.

Continued support would be great, though. Simply because of the name, this is bound to be successful.
