Ok honestly speaking, would you approach a landed UFO?

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
Hell no. Who knows what's in there?

Yes, definitely if it were alien. The opportunity to have a life changing experience for better or worse, it would change everything I believe in. Also I'm very curious.

Hell yeah I would.

I'd get the hell out of there for sure. After that I'd regret it for my whole life because nobody would ever believe me, of course.

like another poster said: pre-kids yes. As father now, no. What if they take me to a wild journey through the galaxy? Nice for me but my family? Or they just eat me...
As a single i would porbably say "yes" or at least let it be a cointoss. Something like that is also easier said than done. Most would probably freeze or instantly run.

Probably not. A super advanced alien race interested in a peaceful encounter would probably not just land somewhere random and unnanounced

Also a good thought.

I'd probably take a picture and try to escape. If I were near a LANDED alien spacecraft.. Not only are they aware of my presence but they made themselves apparent to me for the purpose of me approaching. It's probably a research project for "just how fucking stupid are human beings?"

In short.. Hell no

If I'm coming across a UFO I'm coming across an object from a civilization that's so much more technologically advanced than we are that running or not running would be completely irrelevant. If we're talking an FTL capable species then we're barely out of the stone age in comparison, so when given the choice, I'd approach.

I wish that they'd swoop down in a country lane
Late at night when I'm driving
Take me on board their beautiful ship
Show me the world as I'd love to see it

If it landed near the house I'd grab the gun and check it out. Im sorry if I get Earth destroyed.

Landed while I was driving id pull over and take pics and nope the fuck out.

If a single Ufo bothered to land on our planet i would like to think its not hostile. I would honestly like yo say yes. But i also might just say fuck it and run.

Yes, with pleasure. My life is too boring right now and i could risk it in favor of potential super powers or the aliens giving me amazing knowledge.

Hell naw.

I'd run straight to Wal-Mart, buy a GoPro, strap it to my head, and then charge in Youtube vlogger style.

"Awright guise I'm approaching the object! It's quite wide and round, guise! As you can see it's quite big!"

"I'm gonna knock on the side! Aww! Definitely an alien craft!"

"OK let's check it out! I'm heading in guise!"

*Dubstep over splash screen* "That's it for part 1, guise! Listen, it would really help me out if you'd like and subscribe for more great content right here! Stay tuned for part 2!"

Absolutely, my ass can take it
Hey want to check out the, um, landed UFO in my apartment?

If I was thinking rationally I'd put my phone onto Facebook Live pointed at the UFO and hide somewhere where I could keep an eye on it without drawing attention to myself. lol.

Of course, the real answer is to suffer not the alien to live. In the name of the Emperor we must purge the xenos from this galaxy.

A super advanced alien race that was able to reach Earth? I doubt you could run away from them even if you wanted to. They probably picked on your presence before you even saw the UFO.

Ye and I'd try to communicate to them to bring me somewhere dope where I can become an immortal cyborg or something.

Well that's if I didn't piss my pants and run away without thinking.

Pros: Cool nightmares for the rest of your life, maybe collect some evidence.

Cons: Sometimes you'll wake up in a ditch with a sore butt.

For some people there's basically no downside!

Fuck no. I'm not gonna be that poor schmuck in every alien invasion movie who goes up to the aliens first and gets absolutely wrecked.

Think of all the diseases we humans have, the shots that we've had so we don't spread plagues to one another and kill ourselves out. You think I want to get close to something from some other planet with it's own diseases? Nahh

I would hide behind a tree and look at them though.

do not tempt fate do not contrain Wonder Woman's thighs do not do not
I dont even approach white people willy nilly, and they from the same planet as me.
Approaching a UFO....nahh man im good.

If I was unarmed probably would keep a safe distance and observe. If I was near my house, I'd probably lock and load with my shotty and a .45 before approaching.

Chances of bad things happening by meeting a being with technology so advanced that it can travel freely to our planet seems pretty low, and they could probably destroy the earth (or at least humanity) if they so desired anyway.

Walk up and tap on the windows.

I'd rather not be a test monkey for some far too curious advanced race.
Or a trophy for some band of interplanetary hunters.
Or a host for alien babies.
...
But, as Mass Effect has shown, damn near all alien chixx are 9s and 10s, so I might just run in with phasers set to smash.
