I think Lee is among the few LWs that can neutralise Khabib's style and seriously fuck him up. Stylistically, I think he's more versatile and I'm confident he'd choke him out.

Kevin Lee is definitely champ material. It's just going to come down to timing.
The reason I'm picking him to beat Khabib is because he's just so much more athletic than him. He's very talented, only 24 years of age, and he's improving tons in between fights. His wrestling and submission game are on point and his striking, while not amazing, is getting there. What he lacks most is experience. He's nearing a point in his career where he has to either grow outwards or inwards. I think Chiesa is one of those fighters that grew inwards, focusing almost exclusively at what they were already good at. Fighters like Werdum are the opposite; Werdum is a jiujutsu fighter with pretty good stand up he developed later in his career. I think Lee is smart enough and ambitious enough to invest time in developing a more diverse skill set.

I think Tony would be a really bad match up for him though. Khabib would honestly be a better style for him I think

Khabib is a top level fighter, but I don't think he's at the top of that echelon, and could see the Kevin Lee of tonight beating him. If the fight actually gets made, the Lee that shows up could be a whole other animal, just because the motivation and the stakes are that high.
Honestly, I think Khabib's weakness is his lack of athleticism compared to guys like Ferguson and Lee. I see him gassing out after failing to establish dominance.
Tony is a bad match up for Lee cause the guy is just a ball of manic energy that can do it all. Lee needs to be in a couple wars before taking on that monster.
