How many of you would it take to beat McGregor?

So let's say you get in a fight with McGregor in your current state

Every time he beats you, another identical copy of you appears instantly for him to fight
The copy of you has full original state stamina
It's a constant stream of you vs McGregor
Fight takes place in a ring with no weapons

At any given time it's 1v1

No groups of you vs McGregor

Stinkles

Clothed, sober, cooperative
Two people in decent shape who know how to fight and aren't scared.

Oh wait only one at a time?

Twenty.

Well surely if it's forever 1v1 he will always win?

Unless he gets no respite, in which case I would say about one of me.

I'm a double hard bastard, me.

I'm gonna say he's tired of throwing my chubby cheek marshmallow body around after clone 7 or 8.

If there's one thing I'm good at, it's exhausting people.

Where does the copy of me appear, and how quickly? Because I feel like if I could have my next copy appear right behind him to bonk him on the back of the head before he can turn around, I could get the number pretty low. Getting punched in the back of the head is really bad news, right?

Anoregon

The flight plan I just filed with the agency list me, my men, Dr. Pavel here. But only one of you!
He would beat me up a whole lot of times before he got so tired from beating me up that I'd be able to beat him up.

Like ~130 maybe?

So not worth it
Pretty sure I'd take one hit and go down and that would be the same for 99% of us.

The other 1% might have a chance after he's getting tired.

I think he would finish most GAFers with one punch (myself included) so it depends on how many punches he can throw before getting tired.

A new copy of me who isn't worn out? And McGregor continues to use stamina? I feel like for a lot of people it probably won't be too bad.

If my clones have the knowledge of the rules and can, therefore, create a strategy then I dunno, could keep it down to single digits by having the first two or three guys sacrifice themselves by doing a kamikaze dropkick at Conor's knees in an attempt to hobble him before getting knocked the fuck out on the ground, biting, eye gouging, dick punching etc. Take as many cheap shots as possible to slow him down for the next clone.

If each clone goes into the fight with none of that knowledge and thinks it's a one off, 1 v 1 fight against a professional fighter then I have no idea but there would be a giant pile of bodies outside the ring/cage because he'd kick the shit out of the first 20-30 clones in about ten seconds each.

I would like to say 2 of me. But likely 3 or 4.

One of me is definitely going to eat punches, but that's the distraction for the others to pile on.

And I have background in bjj, so, 3 of me is sufficient enough to ensure he can't escape my sub attempts.

Will each successive clone be analysing the fight beforehand before stepping into the ring or will each clone be entering the ring like a new born lamb? Depending on that and adjusting strategies it could take between 15 to 30 versions.

Like, Ewan McGregor? Is he supposed to be particularly fit or something? Or is this some obscure person who you wouldn't know unless you're into that specific thing? I love it when threads don't explain what they're talking about.

Honestly this thread is way more interesting if we're talking about Ewan McGregor.

Volcano High Alumnus (Cum Laude)
I've played a lot of fighting games and seen a lot of kung-fu movies so I reckon I could probably beat him in around 3 or 4 attempts.

If it was McGregor I reckon it'd take maybe 6 or 7 of me to batter him.

If I'm fighting Ewan McGregor it should only take a couple clones at max

That other guy would be a problematic opponent however

Nothing obscure here, a simple Google search would have gotten you your answer, but lacking common knowledge like who Conor McGregor is is not on the OP, mate.

I would say 3? Maybe 2 if the first one gets a good head shot or something in before going down. If he's never trained with someone my size the first one might get lucky and land a knock out hit.

I wait like 20 years until McGregor becomes Guinness
I track him down on a giant beach ball in space
I wait for his old ass to salute me
I hit him in the midsection with a glowstick until he disappears.

Easy Peasy.

Is this with the normal fighting rules he adheres to in the UFC? If I can eye gouge or nut punch, I'd say 10 or so. If I have to follow normal UFC rules, i'd say closer to 25.

Probably 3 or 4 of me. I have a feeling I have a glass chin, no evidence to support that but I just have that feeling, ya know? I'd get him on the ground and use my patented fart to knock him out. One Ric Flair fart is hard to breathe through, 3 is near lethal a dose

5. First one takes out one eye. Second goes for the other. Third hits him in the throat. Fourth does a nut shot. Fifth picks up the win.

Jesus christ these people need to be banned

"who's mcgregor?"
"who's ed sheeran?"
"who's justin bieber?"
"who's kim kardashian?"
"who's this extremely well-known and relevant person?"
"who's this person I could easily google?"

They really ask the question because they feel a sense of superiority being "unaware" of pop culture

I read the title and Gregor Clegane came to mind so I thought low thousands. Now that I'm on the same page, low hundreds.

Does each new me have incrementally better fighting knowledge?

Even if so, it'd take a lot of tries. He's a trained fighter with hundreds of hours of training. And he's in way better shape.
