I don't know if I've ever seen a movie poster say "The star of..." under an actor's billing. It looks incredibly cheap.

Honestly speaking it's not that bad of a poster. I mean, the competition is some dude's giant head looking at tornado of cars and airplanes flying into stuff and a throwaway lightning. It's not particularly a great poster, but good for what it was trying to convey. Also, that girl's hand is colorized on purpose, as she's trying to get out of the black and white photo.
This is the one. I'm cracking up
Pretty sure it used to be used a bit in the 80s when some costar got a lead role in another film.

LOL, my wife knows the director of this movie, what a coincidence. What an awful poster. Trailer I saw looked decent but a bit low budget. Took them 6 years to make I believe :-\
Other poster is way better.
Not fully, but Nic Cage. The movie is pretty good. Although in hindsight, the tagline is funny.
