I was looking forward to his return, but by the time it happened I disliked how it derailed Tagoma. They actually had a pretty good new villain with him, while Ginyu's return didn't really achieve anything.

I'd love to see him in canon, make him more serious than Kid Gotenks, but still a doof. Him pretending to be mature could be part of the joke or something.

GT has almost entirely been booted out of the most popular characters in Heroes. Popularity is also affected by how useful the cards for that character are, so that's why there are some odd characters in this.
They can make Goten a character and still have Gotenks.
Zero Gohan upsets me, hopefully that changes in next year's poll, maybe there just haven't been many good Gohan cards.

They have been shitting on them for the longest time, this is hard to believe at this point that they can. If they prove me wrong I'll be glad, but it's being way too "optimistic" to expect them to get Goten, Trunks, and Gotenks right, when they can't even get one of them right for now.

Baby Trunks - Android/ Cell saga
Kid Trunks - Buu saga
Future young teen - Future Android timeline/ History of Trunks
Teen/ Young adult - Android / Cell / Future
Young adult - End of Z
Adult/ Mid twenties - GT
Adult/ Maybe 30's - Super

For me, I'd like to see Goten without Trunks so he can finally get his own personality and become a real character.
Having him as Trunks' pet and fusion fodder can only work so long.
The 2 big things you'll miss not watching RoF arc.
Krillin's fear of Frieza, and his fear of powerful enemies in general being exposed more. Which was a thing in Z and expanded upon more. It'll lead to more development in Super later.
Gohan getting fucked by Frieza. In the movie, Frieza is tame to Gohan compared to what happens in the arc, but it sets up Gohan for his future development in Super. And his family is threatened by Frieza.
Besides that. Tagoma is further explored, and it gives Vegeta a nice moment in RoF, but I can't think of too much the arc adds.
Champa is also thrown in at parts of RoF, but you don't need to see those parts to understand who Champa is, they're just teases for Champa.

Older Goten looks amazing. Really like that design. Same goes for older Gotenks. Why not do a spinoff or something with Older Goten and Older Trunks being goofballs and kicking butt together?

Yep, Jesús Barrero (Yamcha but better known for Seiya just like his JP counterpart) also passed away.
Roshi's new VA is pretty good, but he gives off a completely different vibe.

Huh, I'm actually not feeling adult Gotenks at all . . . I think I need to see the SSJ3 transformation. Adult Goten looks good though.

Tbf, Ricardo Mendoza became pretty much Yamcha's main voice after he left, so I think he'd still be called for Super even if Barrero was still around...

His GT hair was too close to Gohan's and GT Vegeta's. I guess his End of Z hair is basically a shorter version of Yamcha's, but at least it's not that overused.
Yea, if they play this right, they'll have an excellent opportunity to piss off Bardock fans

Goten's older designs look a million times better than older Gohan. Just wow. Gohan's kid designs were a bunch of awesomeness and then there comes that part were that spiky hair looks horrible for him.

Either way, I have to say, I loved Broly Kale, I loved Caulifla & Goku getting close, I loved Cabba casually knocking 2 people out (Yardrat got singled out in the opponent size-up scene, though; he's still in it), & I now love Bottamo. I regret ever doubting him.

Agreed. It was a good look with the glasses, and he looked badass when he went SSJ.
