But they have a healer on their team, assuming that doctor is a healer, so it's still stupid.

You must be kidding. This was a fantastic warm-up before shit really starts to hit the fan episode. The animation was damn good, there looked to be pretty damn good development of characters, and there couldn't be a much more obvious hint that
universe 11 is getting ready to stomp once Toppo and Jiren let loose. They may be down to very few for their universe, but this only means there will be far less to distract from their shining moment.

Looks like Blue is actually faster and more powerful than red, but uses more stamina. Whis said Goku turned Blue to maximize his power and speed.

This episode was great. Shame about the reused animation, but having the characters actually look like the characters was a step up from last week's shitshow.

This is FAR too late to throw that randomly in one episode in the most casual way.
Not only does it contradict half a dozen scene from the anime, the fact they didn't even bother to explain why he never used it again is worse.
At least in the manga he kept using it.

Dyspo was too fast for SS, but not powerful enough to justify the stamina expenditure of SSB. SSG is not faster than SSB.
And Trunks switched forms quickly while fighting Vegeta, so this is not a new thing.

Same. This was basically a Flash vs. Reverse Flash fight that didn't even need Goku to butt in.
I'm willing to bet portions of the tournament, like this episode, is being adapted directly from Toyotaro's manga. If you read the manga and then watch this episode, it flows consistently with what Toyotaro has established so far. Remember Toyotaro is now ahead of the anime in production, even though he's behind in publication.
