Oh it actually can be preordered on the site? Why does it say not available for NL Microsoft site? I guess that's a sign we won't get the Scorpio Edition for one, and I guess the normal edition should be available for preorder soon.
Or do Microsoft let you order from USA while living in Europe?

The Amazon uk page for the xbox one x lists it as "Edition: Standard" so you probably are right

If the One X Scorpio Edition becomes available for preorder on the NL site and it doesn't charge me, I will preorder it probably. I like how this edition looks with the green letters and the cool ass box.
But it seems like we have to wait until it let's us preorder from the NL site and even then so far it's only the normal edition.

Just logged onto my Xbox One S and is it odd that MS has not put NOTHING on the Xbox Dashboard about this event? Even going to the Mixer tab says nothing about the event. Such a lost opportunity. You would think that they would of had something on the main dashboard telling people to tune in for this.

I don't really need it early. I'm not desperate for Forza and the biggest game for me this holiday is COD, which is just a few days before the standard launch time.
Plus if it's anything like XB1 the best setup for performance is to put games on an external and keep the internal clean. So a 2TB edition is useless too!
Just give me the regular version with a 3rd party pack in, that'll do me!

I'll be super bummed if the Scorpio edition is ms store exclusive. I have too much GameStop credit to buy it somewhere else, wouldn't be smart of me to do that

EDIT I just went on Microsoft.com and tried to buy a laptop and it let me pay with my "Microsoft account balance" and im pretty sure this is my Xbox Gift Codes so...
Another one? The standard S model was the mine craft sku......I can only sell many fucking codes of the thing

Nah, not free unfortunately. I've spent some of my trade-in windfall from that promo a few months ago. I still have about $250 in credit, so that means the XB1X would cost me $250 out-of-pocket.
Still a killer deal, I'm just not 100% sure I need one. I don't even have a 4K TV and probably won't for the foreseeable future. I know it'll enhance performance and loading on older XB1 games - if the devs patch them - but still, that's $250 for the same console with a little more power. It's a tough sell. I have a hard time getting around it only being four years since I got the XB1.

That would piss me off, really. I'm anxious to get one as soon as possible since so many games are releasing this fall. Not a fan of the green text though, plus I wouldn't use the stand.

Most definitely. $549.99 - $599.99 would be a good price point for a 2tb system. They did the same for the Xbox One S which was $399.99 and launched a month before with a 2TB HDD and the stand.

Edit: my local EB doesn't open for another 2 hours
Don't forget that the One X internal drive is 7200rpm, so usually faster than standard usb3 external drives.
