CDKeys fall under grey market key sellers; the games on there go for far cheaper than the usual sites (bundlestars, Gamersgate, Gamesplanet, etc.)
If you check IsThereAnyDeal.com and search for Marvel Inf. you will see it within the USD 50-60 range from most legal key sellers.

I got Tekken 7 DE from there for under USD 50, and Prey and Dishonored 2 are under USD 20 on there as well, some weeks ago at least.

It's been this price (and cheaper) for a couple of months now.

I was sorely tempted to get in on this myself, but I was worried about port quality and community support, so I went with the base PS4 version @ £35 instead. At least I know how that one runs!

I'll possibly double-dip later on if it remains cheap/gets a good mod community going. That may be the only way we get Magneto and Storm back!

Edit: Watching Justin's stream now, and I'm aghast @ Zero's ponytail. The hair in this game is so much better than in SFV. No BananaKen here!

There's no evidence of any sort of illegality like with your first two examples. So it's almost definitely them buying copies in a cheaper market.

(I'd say they're more trustworthy than Capcom themselves, for what little that's worth.)

Yep. Often through a middle man who buys them in batches directly from the regional publishers at a deep discount because it looks great to the main HQ on their sales figures.

Every game I've had from CDKeys has been a picture of a code from a boxed copy.

I definitely recommend them.

Currency flip. They buy keys from regions with weak currencies in bulk and sell to other regions. As long as the keys aren't region locked it works.

CDkeys is reliable and I've never had an issue with them, but they are unquestionably grey market so it's up to you to decide if you're morally comfortable with that.
