Classic sonic seems so out of place in this game. His gameplay is really far removed from Modern and CAC's, the story focuses on those two, and the theme song is about them as well. Classic sonic feels like a super third wheel thrown in for no real reason.

IIRC Generations prerelease was like that too; the only reason we knew what we did prior to its launch was because the demo was datamined to pieces.
