Lol, this got me.So good.
This year the battle for the Nintendo (maybe even overall) GOTY is going to be HARD.

Just a reminder that sarcasm is hard to detect on the internet.
Awesome! Are there other comparisons?
It's typical with Nintendo though, their games tend to look a little rough at first, and then polished in later showings. The opposite of many other AAA publishers
3D World and Hyrule Warriors are good examples from Wii U.
And I think XBC2 looked better in the direct as well. Seemed to have better lighting than at E3.
I like overanalyzing thing, so I though about other worlds that could be included and arrived in the conclusion that finding such general themes would be difficult but I think of at least 3 that are likely.
- Haunted level ( I mean a Mario game need at least a good old haunted level).
- The moon, probably not the final level as the reveal trailer may suggest that New donk-city take that role, but perhaps the penultimate level, may be the origins of the Rabbits ennemies.
- considering that most levels seem to focus onHowever, I do not know of any level that would be inplicated in the most important item of the marriagebowsers stealing things for the marriage.. So, I suppose a cavern level is also probable.the ring

Super Mario Rabbids
Seeing that Mario jump into the paint is so cool. I was predicting we'd go to Peaches Castle and jump in one of the pictures again. I hope it happens.
Not a fan of this flippy indie shit. All about the movez. Where's the psychology? 3D World had psychology.
Mario out here moving like a Cruiserweight.
I remember when people compared it to Sonic Adventure like it was a bad thing.Remember when people said the game looked weird and bad on reveal. Always gotta get those cheap shots in before reality comes knocking.
They need to do 64 Peach castle again and have some short levels remakes. It would be an incredible throwback.
I think this is what I like the most about this game.Game looks completely batshit crazy. I'm glad they're just going all out with as many wacky new ideas as they can.
This game comes out next month people. Can you wrap your head around that?
Yeah I was a little surprised and disappointed. Why does Mario have no body hair?
I constantly said that for Galaxy. But Nintendo is proving me wrong.
How the fuck do you top SPACE
Anybody else notice that the female Goomba has Pauline's hat on? I wonder what that means.
So many moons , think a hidden world or DLC world could be Mario going to the moon.

Given how the moon is so prominent on the level select screen, I think it's a given that you'll go there eventually. Maybe for the final level, or extra "honeymoon" bonus level.
That'd be really clever.
Super Mario Multiverse.
You have to defeat all the other Marios from every other universe (including our own!) the become The One true Mario.

I am very intrigued by this.

Wow thats a big difference. And people said the game was finished back in January.
I don't think that screenshot indicates the game was "unfinished" in January. It's likely that they just took the extra time to polish and refine things to a wonderful degree. It'd be silly to have the game be "gold" in Jan/Feb and just let it sit there for almost a year.
Any news on what resolution this uses?
This makes me want a Super Mario64 remake.

People who don't understand game development took Koizumi's "the game is basically done" as "WE COULD RELEASE IT TOMORROW BUT WON'T FUCK YOU" instead of "It's content complete and playable."
