She's probably too squishy for any PvE stuff but she's a fantastic, cheap option for Arena. Build up 2-3 of her, equip all of them with her event gear, then dual-cast tornado and laugh as everyone all falls down. Just one of her probably won't do much since she needs to chain with another.

Her overall stats are lower than a base 5-star but she can serve well enough. She's better for arena and missions while having a potential role in harder fights depending on circumstance.
So I'd be better off chasing other characters before her, since I'm only just getting started.
I actually managed to awaken my first 6* using all the rare crap that I can get from the Shadow Lord, so now I'm the proud owner of a 6* Ace... and a team of still 4*'s. Hey, I'm only 14 days old in this, I'd say I'm doing OK.

You're doing just fine. It took me months to get a solid team together at first. Once you get one character maxed it becomes much easier to work on the others.

On main in GL decided to start off with half daily since it has been a while... Straight Rainbow. Orlandu. I can now be THAT person. LOL.
Decide right after to use a ticket. Hoping for banner units. Ticket used... Straight Rainbow. Prishe. WHELP! Guess I am done with banner ahaha. Did one more ticket pull as I planned to use two. Shadow. Haha. What an amazing day. Rare and I will never see it again.

Might consider her a good aditional to your future 10 man team if you lack good dps options.

Lvl them both up IMO (if you have materials to spare) but first lvl Orlandu as Orlandu would be a more direct damage increase since you have one of him already. Hope you have 2 Excals. Prishe is a combo setup character. Check the wiki for her abilities to familiarize yourself with her.

I got Veritas of the Heavens over the weekend using the 4* guarantee ticket and completely forgot about him until I was looking around at units to level up with all these cactuars raining down. I'm assuming that he's pretty much TM fodder, right?

Thank you everyone! Not sure what to make of today. This must be how Hippo always felt? LOL.
Oh, Orlandu and Prishe are my top two on level list right now. I actually have a store of Cactaur as well, just was wanting to know status of them to figure out which to go with.
I sadly don't have two Excals right now. Haven't had the need for a second yet. And have been working on Maxwell's TM for a boost. To be honest, not sure I really have much in way of gear to boost a second Orlandu much yet. I wasn't also planning on putting the second Orlandu in my group unless I need to chain. I like to try to keep a varied group. But I may consider taking out Gilgamesh and doing some testing with the second Orlandu. Gilgamesh has been fun, but I can't recall being too impressed with his enhancement list.
I will definitely be leveling Prishe, even if not first. I always like to keep a varied backup set of characters for abilities and all.
I know. I feel so weird. Yet kind of empowered. Haha.

Wilhelm's sprite freaking annoys me but good god man is the most broken tank in the game. Can we please get WOL enhancements so I don't have to look at Wilhelms ugly mug again plz Scumi???? I prefer the awesome sauce that is Veritas of The Earth but he does not really compare to Wilhelm.
I prefer EV for the sole fact that he does exactly the same job but has the stats reduction propection on top of that.

This brings back memories to when I pulled both my Orlandeau within 9 tickets in one day during his banner.
Haven't had that level of luck since.

They gotta release something. The ones after that are Aileen, Reberta and Rem. They can't really justify skipping Olive and Fry to enhance Reberta, and I doubt they want to unleash Aileen just yet. They could tread water with Rem I suppose but they already partially enhanced her so that would take more effort on their part and we know how Gumi feels about doing any work.
Edit: Oh snap I forgot all about Noel. Maybe we'll get a global-exclusive set with Noel, Olive, and Ling. If they ever enhance the Halloween units it'll be next month rather than this one.

Wow, two Orlandu in one day?! I used almost EVERYTHING I had to get the one I had originally. I used 80+ tickets and all. I had like maybe 10k in lapis at time, but I felt like I wasn't going to get him. Saw the happy folks on GAF saying they got theirs in lapis pulls so did one hail mary pull and got him there. Was shaping to be a rough day until then.
Strangely enough, I didn't get my first ever 5* dupe until recently with Gilgamesh. I mean, don't get me wrong, that's a great way to start it off. Second Genji Glove? Yes, please! Now today with a dupe Orlandu. But you know what? That's a good dupe to have since he can chain with himself and Yun. Yes, please!
Edit: Oh snap, I'd love Yun enhancements. Assuming they don't suck.
Totally did. Noel and Yun it is then.

Super bummed about Rem's enhancements, since you guys got to talking about upcoming enhancement characters.
The 5 turn 100% Reraise is nice, but those -Ga spell enhancements are meh, and we already got part of her passive enhancement.
Hope they give us some GL exclusive stuff for her, I want to keep on using her for months to come.

Bah, that's what they *should* do but they've already skipped over them. Sorry Yun and Noel owners but I don't think Gumi cares about you. Olive is exciting because she feels like the first exclusive 5* that might actually get enhancements. If I'm really going to be pessimistic I'll predict they choose the least exciting units possible and go with Seabreeze Fina and Merc Ramza.
Turn 1: Buff / debuff
Turn 2: Verify weakness (either magic or physical), attack accordingly or prepare for the switch in Turn 4. Each phase lasts 3 turns.
Repeat. I only have strong physical guys so if he's resistant in turn 2 I basically wait it out. I need 2 turns to kill him with my 'landu and a helper 'landu / Darklandu.
I have a 1100 attack 2b, WOL with down atk/mag and def/spr, Yshtola, Tidus and an 900+ magic emp. Should i just focus on going in physical instead of carrying the one high end magic user?

Use Arms Eraser with WoL on first turn, guard with everyone else.
If he debuffs his DEF then go all out with physical attack.
Leave Magic attackers home, but Y'shtola will come in handy to keep party healed up.
If boss doesn't debuff DEF then keep guarding, casting Arms Eraser and keeping party healed until he does.
With 2B friend you should be golden.
If you have Rikku I'd replace Emperor with her. That Al'Bhed potion comes in handy for when Ysh'tola gets silenced.
Otherwise, the only input I have is to use the Light with Us or whatever skill WoL has, and let him eat.
You're set already. I have a similar setup with just physical units.
On the first turn break his atk/mag with WoL and buff with Ysh. The rest defend.
On turn two, if he made himself weak to physical then unleash hell and he should die in 1-2 turns with that team.
If he made himself weak to magic then Light is With us with WoL, heal with Ysh and keep defending.
On turn three have WoL embolden, Ysh keep healing/buffing, rest defend.
Turn four he's back to physical weakness so go nuts.
WoL and a decent healer is all you need to stay alive until he's vulnerable to phys.
Personally my rotation is
Turn 1
Soleil - SPR dance +2
WoL - Arms Eraser
Rest - whatever (usually just attack it's faster to click)
Turn 2
Soleil - ATK dance +2
WoL - Light is with us
Agrias (unenhanced) + friend (A2/2B/Orlandeau) : chaining
Noctis - Warp Break
Tilith - Goddess Miracle to heal paralyze
Repeat the attacks turns 3 and he is defeated, with 2B I can use Avoid turn 1 and finish turn 2 with Avoid Attack.
Naturally I'm looking for friends with Excalibur.

Yup, none of my guys have a SPR debuff except WoL, but I definitely used Arms Eraser with him. Both Luneth and Ace hit for full damage on the second turn.
The guy is pretty buggy in general. A reddit thread talked about how charming him will mess with his cycles, and I think a different one talked about how hiding your units does something similar.
My team is Noctis, Orlandeau, Rikku, Warrior of Light, Tilith, friend Orlandeau.
First round:
Noctis: Warp Break or Link
Warrior of Light: Full Break, Provoke or Arms Eraser, to switch things up so I dont get too bored.
Rikku: Attack or use LB if its up first round
Tilith: Celestial Light
Orlandeaus: Normal Attack (to build up Rikkus LB quickly)
Round two onwards I chain Divine Ruination, when it hits he dies in two turns. For the other units I repeat the same moves or whatever else I feel like. I could probably improve on it, but hey, it works and goes down in two turns when I get lucky. Ive never bothered to verify its weakness, the boss is annoying enough, so I just keep spamming Divine Ruination until it hits, which happens before MP runs out. I dont even think I need Noctis for this, but I use him in the Arena and decided to use him here. Couldnt be bothered to unequip what he has to place on someone else too
. But...dont you just hate it when you're using up NRG on Vortex or Exploration with Auto enabled, then go back to the Raid....end up Autoing the first round without being able to stop it in time, then getting wiped two rounds later because of it...sigh. Happened around 3-4 times.

This is the first time Ive really had to chain Divine Ruination with Agrias and Friendlandu (or Dark Veritas), while finishing with Firion.
I mean, with Soleil's buffs and WoL's breaks/cover I could take as many turns as I want. But since this is a raid I want to OTKO... and chain/finish is the way to go for that.
Just takes some patience to wait til turn 2 or 4 to unleash the fury!
