Why does he look like an Overwatch character?
Why does he look like an Overwatch character? Not that I particularly give a shit about SF5 at this point, but that's about as big of a turnoff to coming back as I can imagine.
Guy's cooler than Zeku.
Why does he look like an Overwatch character?
Man, I want another season of new characters now.
makes sense though
must have felt bad after training guy and taking a look at the landscape like "literally every ninja in this universe is so fucking wack including me"
only a man burdened by the weight of that realization could go on create a clan of ninjas as cool as striders
In video games at leastProbably because Overwatch has a Westernized anime aesthetic, which is an aesthetic that Street Fighter helped pioneer.
Would have preferred a Zaku tbf.
Lmao. Typo, meant tbh.To be fair to who?
No argument thereWell zeku kuramoto sounds pretty bad ass.

More like why do Overwatch characters look like Capcom characters, and the answer is Arnold Tsang.
You're right. Honestly, this is a terrible character design, Capcom's design team gets worse with each 3d iteration of the series. His face does not suit his fighting style or outfit or anything. It makes him look like an Overwatch character or something.
WTF Zeku created Striders and their cybernetic tech?!only a man burdened by the weight of that realization could go on create a clan of ninjas as cool as striders
And this is your answer right here. For people who don't know, prior to working on Overwatch, Arnold Tsang was an illustrator at Udon. Udon makes comics for Capcom USA and they've contributed art to Capcom games since Capcom Fighting Evolution.
There's nothing westernized about Street Fighter,
.
Oh thank god, the trailer theme is actually Zekus theme.
There's nothing westernized about Street Fighter, and all the SF designs were just lifted from other Japanese properties, most notably Hokuto no Ken and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
The closest is Deejay because he was designed by James Goddard.
Wait, did Philly Shell create the crab defense first?Ken and Ryu fight with a Philly Shell boxing stance. Balrog is Mike fucking Tyson.
edit: nvm, was a repost of a JP site vid.CA in his old form is basically the same. Also his V-trigger is 2 gauge
Also is this first time seeing AE's new interface in motion? The KO font got flashier I guess lol
1000 health
1000 stun

Zeku can use a special or a V-Skill to transform- which is another indication that multiple V-Skills are coming.
I'm assuming "old habits" means mutton chops.
Also can you transform back to old from young?
Bushin Gram has crazy startup based on the video. Wonder if you can combo into it in the lighter versions?
He can do either - https://game.capcom.com/cfn/sfv/promotion/zkuZeku transforms with down down punch. His vskill is different in each form. Technically I guess with Zeku the game already has multiple vskills. It'd be funny if this is what Xkira "saw."
Having redundancy here is unusual unless he's able to remove that V-Skill.Using his V-Skill, and the special move Shukumyo,
Zeku can change between his old and young versions.

Probably multiple versions like Menat/Abigail/etc.『Inaba Resident』;252128036 said:The v-skill version also states "(CHANGE PROPERTIES WITH THE DIRECTIONAL BUTTONS ON HIT)" whatever that means
In the first Strider pic here, he looks like KI2's Jago.
