Bruins and Habs have met in the playoffs three of the last four years. I can't tell if you misspoke or are just being arrogant about Montreal winning the two previous series. In my biased opinion it is and always has been one of the best rivalries in all of sports.

Habs/Bruins is bar none the biggest hockey rivalry in my entire life. Its not like it just got rekindled last year. 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011 playoff matchups. Goddamn. Leafs/Habs is just a fan thing. Theres no real hatred or rivalry there and hasn't been for like 30 years. Habs/Bruins is as legit as you can get.

Come on. Our only number one goalie is Reimer. Scrivens is totally unproven and I would call Gus a below average backup, though I still have hopes for him.
Montresor, allow me to introduce you to Forza.

Penis speaks the truth dude. Goaltending depth in this organization is scary at the moment. Combine that with the teachings of Allaire and we have a fuckin breeding ground for success. Too bad we can't keep all of them, we'll be developing goalies for other teams kinda like the Dominican developed shortstops.

Toews/Bruno with the fluke!!

and :lol so many freakin hawks fans there. the replay showed most of the people at that end of the rink standing up and cheering when the hawks scored.

Scrivens is having a good first regular season game. Gustavsson is starting to play a lot better too, which is nice.

Nice to see this even with the absence of Reimer.

Firstworldproblem; Our internet at work got jacked up so it's too slow to stream any games online so I have to use the 3G on my phone to watch GameCenter.

Claude Julien had some nice things to say about Kessell today in an article:

http://www.nesn.com/2011/11/claude-...ted-hed-become-better-player.html?rs-img120=0

"Phil's matured," Bruins coach Claude Julien said after his club's practice Thursday at the Garden. "Just like any other player he's getting older and when I say he's matured, [it's] as a person I'm sure. As a player you can see it. He's a lot stronger hanging on to the puck than he ever was. He shoots the puck and he's finding ways to get shots off. Every game he has a lot of opportunities, so he's becoming a better player with age."

The reason Im posting this (aside from pumping Toronto fans tires) is there is a nice stat that sums up what Foreign Jackass was trying to get across earlier:

"He's off to a good start and right now the only thing that everybody kind of wants to see is whether he's able to sustain it or not."

...

Kessel has averaged 0.88 points a game in October, compared to 0.68 points a game overall.

Toronto's offense is seriously amazing this year.

Side note: it sucks when a commanding lead in goals, assists and +/- is completely offset because the other guy is leading in the goon stats (PIM, hits, blocks).
/stupid fantasy talk.

Since when were blocks considered goon stats?...

Again the problem with that is they are including this past October into that so the stats are meaningless. Take away this October and he had averaged .675 points per game in the month of October, so basically his career average.
