It is? I would love to see it being used in more games! (Well not killcams, but final game winning kills). Killcams themselves are just annoying.
I wish more companies were like Bungie, they could have patented a whole bunch of stuff but they had the mindset of moving gaming forward.

Me too:
-Half the team camping the BFG with concussion rifle and tossing nades lile crazy.
-People camping the top of the Spire with the FRG and jetpacking away from your sight.
-Banshee extreme barrow rolling... I just discovered thanks to that match that you can aim your Banshee bomb much further and with even more precision after gaining momentum with your flips. This means you can basically Banshee bomb-snipe.

Imagine I put an scenary object on my map, say these heavy box. I also fill the box with "capture plate" pieces to avoid gauss hogs shots coming through them.
All the "capture plate" pieces are merged inside the box without any visible part of them coming through.
Q: Will "capture plate" pieces be rendered by the engine even when you can't really see them or will they remain unrendered like if they were behind a wall?

You know it is still only one source. If there is really a Spring Showcase on February 29 and other sites get invites, I think it is a safety bet that we will see Halo 4 on 02.29. Or it's safer than the shitty ToyFair stories. lol. Did people really expect to see a Halo 4 unveil on ToyFair? lol. Still can't believe it.
