I would not say that Infamous has a great title screen, but I have never seen a game who starts as soon as you press start with the insane cutscene. There was no loading screen, you press start, all titles disappear and action starts

Final Fantasy XIII-2's was pretty nice (along with XIII's for that matter)

And Halo Reach's looks pretty damn beautiful; great title screen.

Nothing tops that for me. I even remember it being interactive where you could change the colors/scenes by pressing the shoulder buttons.

this may sound weird, but I used to just sit and watch this title screen for several minutes before starting the game. best title screen of any game. soo badass
