Watch it end with
Kanna killing herself from depression, driving all the friends apart after her death.
They meet up again in their 20's to reminisce about the past.

KIMI TO NATSU NO OWARI SHOURAI NO YUME OOKINA KIBOU WASURENAI

JUUNENGO NO HACHIGATSU MATA DEAERU NO O SHINJITEEEEEEE…

I would fund this to become reality.

Ano Natsu/Boob Alien 11:

Also, I can't help but laugh at
Kanna being the friendzoned loser forever
. It'd be sad if it wasn't so funny. I guess let that be a warning to everyone. :p

1 more week until ultimate glory is ours.

I am interested in seeing Fate/Zero S2, but I feel the first season is over-rated, for the main reason that nothing has really happen in that show for 13 episodes.
There's lots of character development, backstory, and set up for things to come. I think in this case the measured pace is a good thing. The story is still in a very different place from where it started.

So smooth.
Decent episode. I feel bad for everyone picking on Mitsuo and there wasn't enough Karasawa today.

He has to watch the movie especially! Cant wait to see how he reacts to THAT.
Lemme find my reaction to the movie...

EDIT: Found it.

The Adolescence of RevoYurilutionary Girl Utena

First off, this movie was very pretty and nicely animated. It was a visual treat to watch.

Now that that's out of the way...

I was all, OK this is a retelling or something, but with a little more drama and faster pace... and then I saw the divergence point, but then like, it went off the deep end. Then the whole second half of the movie happened and the
butterflies, cabbage patch rape fields, car wash is a machine or something, F-ko and E-ko and the TV network, the tapes, Utena becoming a car, speed racer, the tunnel tunnel, castle is actually a car to the end of the world or blocking it or something, and then a car powered by naked yuri love, and I don't even, "Oh SO YOU THINK YOU WERE THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD TURN INTO A CAR?!?! MUHAHAHAH!" Then Akio being a date rapist or something, and she was actually awake, then Anthy got stabbed I guess, and Touga being a ghost or something who kissed Utena and then swam away because that's what happens when you drown, and short-hair Utena, and then I thought Miki was dark-skinned or something and his sister tried to cut him or his hair in the bath, and then there's naked painting, Nanami is a cow, I don't know what that other thing was with Chu-Chu, the Rose Bride is made to fuck everyone or something because Anthy was acting like a huge slut at the start, lesbians power the fighting spirit to gain the power of Dios or some shit, art class is some serious shit, and then the car got regenerated, then Dios died or something, that car was getting smashed for forever, and then the car became a naked girl that locks legs with the other women and they made out as they powered the car into the other world.

Needless to say, this is the fuel that will power our cars in the future. It will become viable.

Ano Natsu gave me some huge Star Ocean vibes this week.

-Underdeveloped planets
-Galaxy Federation
-Breaking galaxy law
-Not allowing contact with natives
-Planets given grades depending on their technology level

A lot of similarities.

I'm sure there is an extra circle in hell for all those who hate Kanna. :(

Nah bro, we get VIP tickets in to heaven.

But School Days is actually good.

This.

Although, it did take me a few years to realize.

It is rather strange really, they went about it the right way but Karuta as a sport doesn't seem very complex so continually talking about the mechanics gets repetitive. I was really hoping they would get more into the actual poems themselves, but that never really happened.
Thankfully we've got the Utakoi anime in the summer for that.

I'm confused cause
I can't muster any sort of righteous indignation either way for what Tetsurou is doing. Why should I, it was Kanna doing the friendzoning this time around in the first place.

Glad I read the spoilers to see what you meant, otherwise that would have been a very good way to make sure I never watch the series.

Everything I just mentioned has not been integral to the plot until this point and even now it's not really the key focus of it at all.

Oh yeah, I'm not mad at any of the characters, it's just saddening to see hate for the best girl. ;_;

I agree. The show had too much :Saber and not enough :Rider. Still looking forward to the new season.

We got a whole episode (11) devoted to how Rider trounces everyone else in intellect, strategy, personality, power, and beauty. I couldn't have been happier.

I don't really understand these complaints about Fate/Zero S1, as I felt it only became more compelling as it went along. I went from being initially skeptical about the concept to being fully engrossed in the struggles of these larger-than-life characters. At any rate, I've heard the pace of the story development picks up dramatically in the second half, so hopefully people will be pleased with S2.

Please expand on this, because I see little reason to think School Days is a good show.
It's a fantastic, crazy ride. It grabs the audience and starts evoking emotional reactions from the get-go and just keeps accelerating. The way the later episodes start one-upping each previous episode is a ton of fun, Code Geass R2-style. It's also one of the relatively rare TV anime where characters actually have sexual relationships, which adds a dynamic we don't get to see much.
The character design is appealing, the acting is good, the vocal songs are great.

Also, speaking as a big fan of the original game, I give it thumbs-up for being true to the character personalities and general developments. There's a few changes here and there that I could nitpick, and of course the ending is
more extreme than anything in the game
due to the way they merged about four different game endings together into one, but I think it worked well for a single linear storyline.

The only thing I didn't like about S1 was the
Let'sKillCasterParty
never got started.

Fate/Zero 2

I think I like Rider already.

Also
Oh snap! Dat Caster/Bluebeard trolling!
I saw it coming, but it was still somethin'.

Ryuu seems to make for a pretty lame
insano
though. Decent episode overall.

Come on, it wasn't that bad. Sure, everyone was bawling by the end and it's plagued by some of Okada's writing.
Did I say it was that bad of a show? It was just a bad show. Plainly.

The entire show suffered thoroughly with Okada's writing. Not just the ending. Are we really forgetting about the dropped plot points (school), the extra angst melodrama, and the stupid love triangle?

It's still a pretty good watch and one of the better original anime introduced in recent memory.
That really doesn't say much about its quality.

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
The anime industry can learn a lot from Bioware.

You're quite the dedicated fan!

The problem is, none of the points you mentioned in your first paragraph actually mean School Days is good. A bad show can accomplish all those things. (and indeed one did, it's called School days! :p) Furthermore, the character themselves are bad. Not just in the sense that they're unlikeable, that's the whole point of School days, (although that does add to the problem), but they're weak cardboard characters who do illogical stuff simply to get that emotional reaction you spoke so highly of.

The Light of El Cantare
The only bad thing about Fate/Zero is that for people who have already seen Fate/Stay Night,
you already know that Iskander doesn't win the holy grail war :( :( :( :(

The thing about Ano Hana is it manages to be both too long and too lacking in content. That's a hard combo to achieve.
And the pacing was absurd, rendering many of the plot points pointless within the overall narrative.

It's one thing if it was slated to be a 20+ episode series, but come on... 11 only?
