It was really something to see a mediocre AHL goalie outplay the 2012 Vezina Winner. That's what I'll remember from this game.

It doesn't matter? So you were serious! The picture is making fun of the guy on TSN who accidentally said Daniel hit him with the elbow. That's why it has the hand being the "foot". Hits like that (where the hit simultaneously connects with the chest and head) are never suspended.

Hey, NHL suspensions don't make sense, and neither do 1game-suspensions to both players, so... there's that.
So you should be able to raise your elbow up into a guy's head as long as you hit him in the chest at the same time? Ok then.
The NHL suspension system is inconsistent, but it isn't quite that broken.

You can put any combination of names up and it wouldn't matter. If 8 regular players are out of the lineup (yeah, that's eight) there's going to be massive problems. I don't think it would take some sort of Hockey genius to figure out why.
Babcock got us a point tonight despite that, so whatever. I'm neither happy or sad about it.
