Apparently the newly announced manga adaptation "Aoi Sekai no Chūshin de" (In the Center of Blue World) is a system wars parody.

You're redeaded if there's noshoe x ayase.

It's the ultimate Katawa Shoujo end, since they're both crippled~
I'm on Team Kirbyko.
So I did not miss anything by jumping out of the ship in episode eleven?
Son of a bitch.
It's nice to see you all enjoyed Guilty Crown so much. Can't wait to start watching it myself!
Because victory is all that matters.

I don't understand that pic.
False advertising.
You don't want to. Leave while you still can.I don't understand that pic.
I would be ok with this. Even though I didn't enjoy the original anime series particularly much, it is still a fun concept. It definitely looks like it got better in subsequent games, and characters like Erica would be soooo HNNNNNNNG. I know several OVA's were released as well as a movie, which I haven't fully seen so someone correct me if Erica is indeed in some animated form.
- The DYRL blu-ray contains both the theatrical version and the complete edition.
- The soundtrack is available in the original stereo as well as a new 5.1 track.
- DYRL itself is a HD remaster using the original 35mm negatives. But for the complete edition ending using elements of Flashback 2012, those ending portions are upscales from the best master they could find, because the original master film no longer exists.
Fate/Zero 2
Much better than the first episode.
HNNGGGGGGGGGGG x10 i want that set so bad!
Bodacious Space Pirates 2
Good to see the second amendment still allows people to be totally awesome in the future.
The first episode of Fate/Zero was stellar, haters need to check themselves.
Not really. More like dirt cheap other territory prices have skewed your sense of what's a good price. It's no coincidence that Japan has top notch packaging along with their prices.Well it's not really that expensive.
Oh, god, what am I saying? Ridiculous anime pricing has clearly skewed my sense of what's a 'good price' so badly that I think paying that much money for just one movie isn't that bad.
It's actually pretty expensive.

So is Japan somehow exempt from this rule? That seems like a backwards way of looking at it.
A good price, presumably, is a reflection of what must people are willing to pay for their entertainment.
The dirt cheap pricing is a reflection of how much normal consumers are willing to pay for the entertainment they possess e.g. not a lot.
Seems like you really don't want it that bad then.I certainly can't currently come up with a situation where I'd spend that much on a single release because there's far more important things that I could be doing what the money.

Seems to work out fine. The "official import" model for Aniplex USA also seems to be working fine, too. Dirt cheap prices are a bad thing, and I welcome the switch to a premium market.Clearly, yes, because their pricing for movies and games is fucking terrible. As consumers, they've clearly been screwed. I mean, they can't even rent games.
You aren't a true fan.Isn't that precisely the point, though? Like, I would certainly like to purchase that set quite badly but I'd never purchase it at that price, even though I have the disposable income to do so.
Therefore I consider that to be too expensive.
US Anime pricing is still not THAT expensive.
I'm still able to afford even the aniplex stuff, although it is a bit of a steep price to pay for a series I didn't completely love. I did enjoy it though. and the box is so PRETTY *_*
By slow you mean it properly develops mood and tone over a good amount of episodes!Kimi Ni Todoke 1-5 - Giving this show a another chance, and it's really growing on me somewhat, it's SLOW as fuck, but the sense of mood it gives out is interesting.. I can see myself getting really hooked on the series from now on. can't wait to watch more.

My main problem with the volume releasing is that it takes too long. I'd be good with ~$100+ premium-packaging boxes for things.Dirt cheap pricing leaves absolutely no overhead for the seller. I would be ok with, at bare minimum, a move back to the 30$ per volume release price point if that would help us companies to afford to keep their lights on. If I must pay a bit more to help the industry out, then so be it. Granted I think the aniplex price model isn't very viable for the US market. It works differently here than it does in Japan.

I absolutely cannot endorse this. Without a cheap, 'barebones's edition of some of movies and shows I will never, ever own them.Seems to work out fine. That's because Honneamise ran their business poorly and suffered the consequences. A few of Aniplex USA's releases have completely sold out.High price, boutique anime releases didn't work out for everyone, either. Just look at Honneamise and their gorgeous editions of the Patlabor movies. I purchased them - at a quarter of the price they retailed at. As they never sold and just sat in warehouses forever the prices eventually had to come down to a price when they would actually sell.
There are few casual fans in anime, tbh. The people who actually buy anime will likely pay whatever price.Still, only catering to the super-hard core seems problematic. If the industry doesn't have releases for 'casual fans' then the industry is dooming itself by targeting the limited niche audience. Of course, this is why streaming exists, but that business model isn't really finalized yet.

Kimi Ni Todoke is pretty much the poster child for a Slowjou anime series but that didn't bother me too much in the first season. It became a big problem for me later on, but there's still plenty to enjoy in the first season.
