Hey, watched some of your videos. I think you have a great look and pesonality for the camera. I just have to say one thing since I finally have the chance to say it to the youtube personality directly. I think it's a lot more appealing to listen and watch a person that doesn't have a bunch of 10 sec clips spliced together. It feels incredibly unnatural. In the previous video I think you go the whole video without a splice. I just think it'd be better to strive for longer segments on more formal stuff. But, that doesn't change the fact that a lot of people are doing successful with the very short segments on Youtube.

Thanks so much for the feedback. Some of my vlogs are recorded without cuts, but sometimes I cut them a lot. It's kind of an experimental thing, some like the cuts and some don't, so I'm trying to find what really is best haha. I personally don't like cutting them as much either, so I definitely see your point. Again, I really do appreciate the feedback, so thank you. :)

But anyway, your stuff is really good. Feels natural/unforced, and you're pretty much perfect in front of a camera, unlike a lot of youtube gamer channels i've seen. Keep it up.

I died going down the stairs once. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Workout plan. Now.
My workout plan changes depending on my environment. I've been in the jungle for about 5 months, so I'm limited on equipment. Here's what I'm doing now:

Monday - Chest and Biceps (I don't do push/pull because I like to isolate and hit each group as hard as possible before fatigue)
Flat Barbell Bench - 10 reps/10 reps/8 reps/6 reps (The first 10 reps at a weight I know I can easily do 10 for a warm-up)
Incline Dumbell Bench - 10/8/6
Flat Dumbell Flys - 10/8/6
Incline Dumbell Flys Superset w/ downward cable cross-overs - 10/8/6

Close-grip Barbell Curls - 10/10/8/6 (once again, first 10 warm-up for biceps)
Wide-grip Bb curls (or incline dumbell wide curls) - 10/8/6
Incline Dumbell hammer curls - 10/8/6
Chin-ups - Max/Max/Max (Usually 20/15/10)

Tuesday - Back and Triceps.
Deadlifts - 10/10/8/6
Pullups - 10/weighted 10/weighted 8/weighted 6
Dumbell Rows - 10/8/6

Dips - 10/weighted 10/weighted 8/weighted 6
Skull Crushers - 10/8/6
Tricep Kickbacks superset with cable tricep extensions - 10/8/6
(I usually do more for both triceps and back when I have machines available)

Wednesday - Off

Thursday - (Boulders for) Shoulders and Traps.
Sitting Dumbell Military Press - 10/10/8/6
Barbell upright rows - 10/8/6
Dumbell shrugs - 10/8/6
Rear Barbell Shrugs superset with standing military press - 10/8/6
Rear delt flys - 10/8/6
Lateral Delt flys - 10/8/6
Front delt dumbell or barbell raises - 10/8/6

Friday - LEG DAY (if you aren't scared, you aren't doing it right)
Squats - 10/10/8/6
Front Squats - 10/8/6
Stiff leg deadlifts - 10/8/6
Dumbell lunges - 10/8/6
I usually do much more for legs. Leg press, extensions and curls. To compensate, I hit the above HEAVY.

Saturday - Arms
Combine the above Bicep and Tricep exercises.

For nutrition, when I'm "bulking" which is almost always, I eat everything I see pretty much. I make sure I keep my protein really high. At least 200 grams a day.
I'm cutting now, so I've added three days of calisthenics (unweighted pushups, pullups, situps and dips) and cardio consisting of interval running or riding a bike, and basically carb/calorie cycling with high calorie (2500) days when I have two workout sessions a day at only 200 grams of carbs and low calorie (2100) days when I have one workout or none and only 100 grams of carbs. I keep my protein and "good" fat high throughout.

You may have seen me around somewhere. I worked at Razer, and now Ubisoft, and I'm in quite a few of each of their videos, as well as my own channel I've been keeping up for a couple years. haha.
