Maybe because I saw it with other people instead of infront of my computer at a Bar but it was overall a lot of fun. Some awesome matches (HHH/Undertaker MOTN followed by Punk/Jericho) and some big upsets (Daniel Bryan, Rock over Cena IMO) but overall a lot of fun and everyone was into it.
I saw it with my little brother and sister. They were pretty pissed at Bryan losing like that despite being Sheamus marks. Not even CM Punk could save tonight in their eyes. These are 10 and 8 year olds BTW. WWE's target demo.

I'm finally back in and settled down for the night after Mania. It was a hell of a show this year. Punk/Jericho, Taker/Triple H and Rock/Cena all delivered for me on the levels I expected. I'm pissed about Bryan getting screwed again, but I expect Mr. Excitement to rectify that on Smackdown. Overall, this was a great show though....glad I made this trip.

Issue is the writers and the upper management don't know what they are doing.

Compare current Brian to NXT Brian. His mic is awful now. He started to get huge pops from crowd in recent weeks as a heel.

Zig/Rhodes/Barrett/Face Sheamus have shown to get a pop as has several others. The writers and upper management have no idea what they are doing.

WM was a great time to get over the future with Brian, Sheamus, Clay, Rhodes but they didn't do it. The HHH/Undertaker match was the same thing over and over. No build up to the moment. Just felt forced. Cena/Rock had a decent match but this was perfect to have Cena go heel to win.

Punk/Jericho was the highlight.

Came back from my friend's party, and well let's say two of us looked away from the screen for a like a few seconds and bam the match was over. It very disappointing to see it be over that quick and for the first row of fans holding yes signs to see it go down like that. Didn't really care for Kane and Orton but love the crowd chanting for Daniel Bryan, or saying you screwed Daniel, or YES! The divas tag match some cracked a joke about Maria having a doo doo stain on her white pants. We were really disappointed to see the Big Slow beat Cody Rhodes like seriously why? why give the Big Slow the win? The whole Taker and Triple H match being the 5th match of the card caught us by surprise and I felt this match was better than the first one.My friends got a real good laugh out of me saying team holla vs team mr. excitement and were glad to see Teddy Long go away. Punk and Jericho did their job of putting on one hell of a great match. The Rock and Cena was very entertaining match and glad that we finally got to witness a clean win, and everybody at the party started to do victory YES! chant

Wong is also a known troll.

He's not trolling though. When Justin was with the EMPIRE all he did was watch wrestling with Sanford. Sanford still post in on the wrestling thread on SRK. Justin loves Cena for some reason that I don't understand....

Also I can't believe none of you mention that the Rock literally pulled a WAKE UP ULTRA. WELCOME TO MIAMI BITCH!

Man this was amazing live even from the seats up top. I knew you guys were going to be pissed about the Daniel Bryan match so I'm happy the reactions were just what I was expecting to read. The surprise best match of the night for me was the HIAC match. The Sweet Chin Pedigree combo kick out literally made me jump out of my seat cheering. Knowing that Lesnar might come back tomorrow makes me want to go to raw. Being there live is a whole different beast.

Highlight for me was the Taker and Trips match, pretty exciting throughout even though it lost a tiny bit of steam near the end, was pleasantly surprised that there was no HBK screw-job. Enjoyed the Jericho and Punk match only near the end, otherwise that match was pretty average and boring. The Rock and Cena match was entertaining just because of the fan reaction, and I am glad that The Rock won (was marking out for an interference of some kind as well, but not unhappy that it did not happen). Aside from that, everything else I was apathetic towards, wasn't expecting Kane to win but I am okay with it since I do not care about Orton at all. I hope this helps Kane become a 'real monster' again though.

PS: Sheamus... argh.

I like Sheamus. He's a good wrestler, lot of skill shown in matches, good character, watered down by the current WWE. but god damn, dat burial of my boy D.BRINE was sheamful, hope this is turned into something legit.

C'mon guise this whole Daniel Bryan thing could be like the time Yokozuna squashed Bret Hart. Maybe next year, D-Brine could somehow elevate himself on the road to Mania. But this was seriously a blunt display of burying on WWE's part and the fact that it was fought to be prevented solidified it.

I'd like Daniel Bryan to do a CM Punk like shoot but I don't think Bryan has enough expierience to be mad about. I mean sure he has Indy chops but I don't think anyone will care enough about him because of how he's been displayed by WWE and anybody who's never seen Bryan outside of the product.

What was said earlier at the LAW about breaking the talent just to build them up again, but nowadays it's just a pure brutal burial is what's hurting the wrestlers and in turn, hurting the product. Really just stating the obvious at this point.

I mean I'd like to see the glass half full on this and say this is a Bret Hart v Yokozuna thing with Bret with the title the next year but this company just irks with my emotions sometimes.

I lost $20 on that stupid fucking hbk/hhh/taker match. UGH. I just KNEW he was going to deliver some sweet chin music to taker again.. but... man.. let down. Good show though, all in all.

Taker/HHH definitely stole the show though. Wasn't that shocked by the result of the rock bout.

Do you bet on the Washington Generals too?

You know full well thats not the same thing.

Everyone in the room had their jaws dropped at the way all 3 of them just left hugging. I mean yeah, they are all friends, but for the sake of wrestling, and bringing michaels back, it just wasn't filling. one of the main reasons I watched was for him :). The SUCK IT from HHH sent chills down my spine, thought they would team up or something. Just ended meh.

didn't bet on the outcome. Just that he would get at least 1 more shot in on taker. Then him & hhh walk out, or something.

and CHRIST,

That EXTRA chick, man. Smiled the entire match.. jesus.

Taker/HHH and Rock/Cena were both good. Punk/Jericho was a big letdown. Whoever came up with that stipulation needs to go fuck off. Other than the last 2 mins the match was awful. I guess I was expecting too much from them. Hopefully, they'll have a better match at the next PPV which I know they can.

The World Heavyweight title will never be taken seriously again unless it's held by a top star such as Taker or HHH. No offense to Sheamus but I doubt he'll bring any prestige to the championship. Actually it's no one's fault other than the bookers. 18sec WHC match to kick off the biggest show of the year was a joke. Big Show holding the IC title probably means more now lol.

Daniel Bryan's WM match to be on Are You Serious within the next 3 years. Maybe 3 weeks and with added cartoon sound effects like birds chirping after the kick.

That was Vince screwing over Bryan in a big match on Mania, or to cut room for his other stupid shit he put in the show.

WWE shitting on fans and someone getting over that they don't want to be over. See Mark Henry/Miz/Del Rio/etc. Bryan can now look forward to jobbing for months/years in the midcard.

Oh wow. I enjoyed the Taker/HHH match, and CM Punk/Jericho but that was about it. Seeing The Rock wrestle again was great and all but...yeah..

lol fans didn't want miz to be over. he was forced down our throats until wwe realized he's a terrible wrestler

My overall feeling was that the WWE setup one hell of a card but then tried their hardest to undo all that good work on the night. The whole Daniel Bryan affair had me pissed off from the start and made me extra salty about any other garbage segment taking up time that the match could have had.

What exactly is accomplished by putting the Big Show over? Cody has been fantastic for over a year now and could be the future of the company if they wanted him to be be but nope, you've got to give an aging joke character the win at Wrestlemania. Yet people wonder why the likes of the Rock and Brock have to be brought back in order to sell Mania tickets?

Why throw in that dumb stip to the CM Punk match on the night? Just let the guys wrestle a great straight match, that's all we wanted to see. The fact they had to sell that stip and that the match was shorter than the HITC's post match stopped it from having the opportunity of developing into an all time classic. It was good, of course it was, you had the two best wrestlers in the world in the same ring at Wrestlemania, but nowhere near what it could have been if you just gave these two guys 40 minutes to wrestle a straight match to prove who is the best in the world.

The less said about the product placement and Brodus Clay segments, the better.

Oh and congrats, the WWE somehow managed to ruin what should have been the biggest entrance pop in history with 20 minutes of the worst placed concert in history. That was impressive managing that, I have to say. Unbelievable.

It was never going to be a terrible Mania because of the strength of the top matches on the card and was easily better than last year but all of this stupid bullshit dragged it down into mediocrity when it could have, nay should have, been one of the best Wrestlemania's of all time. At least I didn't spend the 2 grand to make the trip from England like I was originally planning to.

Contrary to popular GAF opinion, Shaemus is actually a solid worker and can put on a good match even with a mediocre opponent. That's what made it all the more annoying though, these two guys could have stolen the show given the opportunity and although I'd have preferred Bryan to retain, I'd have swallowed it had it come after a strong match as I know Shaemus will run with it once given the opportunity. This didn't help either guy.

Pretty much agree on all accounts more or less.

Another thing that irked me was that you had Orton willing to lose clean at Wrestlemania which was a nice surprise but then you go and waste that slot on Kane!? Just imagine if Ziggler was given that opportunity, not only would it have been a better match but you would have created a star on the grandest stage of all. Again, it was another thing, while good, was such a missed opportunity that it took away from it.

Cody , Bryan and Dolph are as good as any talent this company has ever had and yet they were all completely wasted at the one event where a career can be made in a single match. The WWE is crying out for new top level talent and the frustrating thing is that they have it in abundance if they want it but they've managed to bury it for another year.
