Ok Gaf, I want to support another KickStarter game but I can only chose one (Wasteland 2 or Shadowrun).

I've never played the original Wasteland or any Shadowrun, but I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy any of them. Which one sounds like a better bet?
Wasteland 2 will be higher production.

Shadowrun Returns will be way cooler.

I'll just repost this, since The Darkness II thread is dead.

Just finished this, what a great game. The gunplay/arms really made for extremely fun and satisfying combat. Excellent story, and all the lore behind it was really cool. Loved picking up the relics and the upgrades. Yeah, it was short, but I only paid $12.50 so I'm fine with it.

Hope we get a sequel...but I doubt it. Seems like it didn't do so great.

Are the co-op missions worth doing?

Just a friendly reminder that my studios' game Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP hits Steam Monday, and comes with a copy of the wonderful soundtrack.

I'll post a few codes & some coupons here at launch.

Community is down at the moment:

This error message may not have been in place an hour ago, but I'd say it's why nothing was appearing in your inventory.

Yep, it was bug. What is strange that every other community feature worked, except for my inventory [showed that i have nothing], but now everything is back :)

A quick search of Steam doesn't tell me the price...

The closest thing to a statement on price I could find was "The whole thing together will only cost a coupla dollars more than what it currently is on Apple's touchtronic machinery"

Hey did you guys have an exclusivity agreement with psn or something for Critter Crunch? I'm sure you're asked this all the time lol, but I think it could do really well on pc.

Yes. Four unique characters with unique abilities in unique environments with a lot of unique dialogue and enemies. It's kind of surprising how much new content they pumped out for it.

It's pretty fun in singleplayer too (none of my friends have the game and I didn't really feel like waiting). It's neat how it ties into the main story a bit.

Go Steam! That's what happened when I tried to go to the Community tab just now. :p

Hm, so I too cannot get into a Nexuiz game, shame. The menu music is good though.

I got into a single match of it which I didn't finish because the default match settings make them last crazy long.

Also a majority of the people I was running into while ingame were either idle, or like me, sitting through and testing every graphics option.

Someone has Insanely Twisted Planet? Loved the videos but I don't have a xbox to try the demo. Is it worth the money?

I played through on the 360. It's an interesting game due to it's art style... But it's fairly short and not particularly rewarding. I'd wait for a sale unless you're desperate.

Ok then, will wait. Other game for ~10€ that isn't Legend of Grimrock or Superbrothers EP?

Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery soon? Oh boy oh boy.

Help me think up of an excuse to use when I inevitably have to explain to my better half why I bought it again when she sees the receipt hit our PayPal account. I don't know if "because it's a good game" is going to fly for the 30th time.

I played it on my iPod Touch and it's a GREAT game. Also, it comes bundled with the soundtrack, which is beautiful.

Say you bought the digital release of the soundtrack and it came with a free copy of the game?

Say it's to show Capy that there's a market on PC for their games and that we want Super T.I.M.E. Force and Critter Crunch on Steam.

Heh that's kinda cool and depressing lol... But at the same time it's really flawed. They can't take into account the past steam sales so most of those games that are like 20$ right now I probably paid 5$ max when I bought them.

Not to mention all the games I've collected for free or 5 for $10 from a bundle.

It would be a bit more accurate if it used the record low price for each game.

What happens if I already own the soundtrack on vinyl? Do I somehow become even cooler?

Does anyone have the link to that site that shows how much playtime you've had per penny or whatever you spent on your Steam library?

Read the OP:

HEY GUYS! look how much I spent on Steam!:
nobody cares how big your backlog is, we all got problems here.
http://www.ddgamer.com/worth.php how much you bought at full price then at sale price, as well as monthly expenditures.
http://www.steamcalculator.com/ work out how much you spent on steam.
http://wastedonsteam.com/ tells you how much time you spent on steam and for each game.

So I just bought a decent pc and got a Steam account. I see that Dragon Age 1+2 is on sale for $10 on amazon, except it activates on Origin. Now, my question is: should I hold out and expect a similar kind of sale this summer or later down the line on Steam, or is the only way to get EA games on the cheap through Origin? Is Origin even that bad?

Thanks and sorry if this is the sort of question that gets asked all the time, or if this isn't the right thread to ask it in.

EA games go on sale all the time. Just understand that Dragon Age 2 is not on Steam anymore.

Considering Dragon Age 2 is no longer on Steam, you'd be a bit silly to expect a sale on it! :p

Thanks for the response guys. And that's pretty weird about DA2? Oh well. I really just wanted the DA Origins Ultimate edition or whatever, since I hear DA2 isn't very good anyway.

I enjoyed the hell out of Blood Stone, but I'd feel more comfortable recommending it to people at the 7.50$-10$ price range.

Car chases are dope though.
