Trying to decide whether to get Trails in the Sky or Disgaea 3. I have Disgaea 4 on PS3, but haven't played it yet, and I played Disgaea 2 on PSP. I do get very-similar-game fatigue, but I love SRPGs and high-res...things. I already have Tactics Ogre though. I do plan on playing Disgaea 4 at some point (it's obviously not portable, so it takes me a while to get around to it), so if Disgaea 3 is exceedingly similar/inferior, then I'd probably rather avoid it. I'm also interested in Corpse Party, but people seem to recommend TitS the most.

I only have TiTS and Corpse party, but I can confirm that both these games are amazing and well worth your money. Disgaea seems fun too but I'm not really into SRPGs so I can't really comment on that. Either way, I don't think you can go wrong on any of these games.

There need to be more games for it to attract more people to the system. Agreed. I'm baffled on a weekly basis as to how void of Vita content the PSN updates are. Also, why in the hell don't all the new minis work on Vita? WTF?

I'd love to be in the same boat, but I pre-ordered from Toysrus.com (I had a giftcard to use, that's the only reason), and they apparently ship their goods via Carrier Pigeon, so who knows when it'll actually arrive at my house...

I used to be much better at it (on the SNES) but it appears those days are long gone!

I got BlazBlue for the PS3 before the Vita launched to get ready but I suck at that pretty much too. Thus, I haven't picked up BlazBlue for the Vita either.

It's at the PSP standard of $20, which is pretty fair. I wouldn't mind PSP games being cheaper, though. I'd certainly buy more.

Some people have said that there are some PSP demos that do work, but all of the ones that I have tried do not, so i'm not sure. It does not work for most of the larger titles from PSP though (Peace Walker, Patapon, Monster Hunter, etc.) I'm not sure which ones do.

Yeah my main motivation was to see how Monster Hunter played with the second analog.

MH works decently well with it. The main problem is that pressing up or down changes the camera angle instead of just moving up and down like other games. It does make the playing experience a lot smoother when moving the camera while running around and dodging. But I find myself often accidentally changing the camera angle and then having to change it back.

God Eater Burst on the other hand works amazingly well in contrast. ^_^

Yeah, not really the same kind of game but Dissidia 012 is the same way. I could not get use to controlling the camera with the buttons, but the right stick works great. I've always been interested in how they are able to do that kind of control change considering the PSP did not even have a second stick. still I'm glad they did, because 012 is awesome.

I was just comparing the PSN Store prices for (retail) games with the prices on Amazon and noticed that there's no reason to get them on the PSN. Everything's cheaper on Amazon. I'm now wondering if that's just it. Will Sony simply put the games on there for them to be there or will they actually try to make me buy them on there?

I know there were discussions about the pricing of games in the past but Sony (and other publishers) have had some time now to adjust the prices and I think it's worth bringing up again. They're not giving me any incentive to purchase a bigger card at the moment. I'm fine with my 8GB currently and the fact that games are cheaper at retail than they are at the Store doesn't really help the cause either. It's been mentioned on the EU Blog that there are reasons why we don't see price drops or sales but just sitting there and doing absolutely nothing can't be helpful either.

A friend of mine decided to buy 4 from me, so I picked up a copy of 3. However, I do intend to buy the other games. Kind of interested to see if TitS will show up on Steam in the near future. Definitely want to play Corpse Party on Vita though.

Depends on the region, I think Killzone works in NA but not EU.

Just got home with my MK copy. The character models are really lacking( maybe some UE3/Vita baby steps?) but the game runs SO SMOOTH. This game is packed with a ton of content. I also played an online ranked game and didn't see a single hick up, we were chatting back and forth the entire time too.

Maybe, but to be fair, it could just be me. It's not broken but it feels a lot easier to move and doesn't give me the same resistance it did before.

My sticks still feel tight, and snap back properly, but my most played games (Hot Shots, Lumines, Rayman) are more dpad focused. Hopefully my Vita sticks don't end up as loose as my dualshock's.

Oh my friend thank you very much. I just inserted my telephone chip inside my 3G PS Vita to use 3G and I never put it back inside my phone, so now I am phonless. I really wnat to convince my father that he didn't throw money from the wiondows by buying it for me, since he thought by putting the phone chip, it can turn into a phone, but it couldn't. Now with those Skype credits IT IS a phone. Thanks again.

Depends on the region, I think Killzone works in NA but not EU.

That is really annoying how that works, since Sony decided to drop the price of K:L i decided to buy it, assuming it would work on my Vita, but of course i go to transfer it and it says there is no content there

I hope they fix that soon but I have a feeling its just gonna be something that gets forgotten about.
