I used to think the Galaxy games were easily better but I have come to the conclusion that they are more exciting to me but that I see both games as equal quality, maybe even an edge to New Super Mario Brothers Wii(2D platformers done right are tough to beat).
Sadly, I have never played multiplayer New Super Mario Brothers.

So, I would bank on Wii U Sport. To MightyPoo, Multiplayer in NSMB is annoying but a lot of fun. Too many suicides. (Sorta)

This would be really awesome.
With voicechat capabilities and videochat capabilities, they could really pull off a 4 Swords online game well.
Too bad I doubt they will.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ideaman's thread will basically confirm this info. It's been a while since we talked about some of the more impressive streaming ideas and the overall theme of project cafe as a gaming platform, but we have definitely talked about it.

I remember reading this article last year and some of the ideas presented just sound too awesome to not include if you're going to pack a controller with a screen with your system.
The revealing of what nintendo has up its sleeve in the os and online areas are what has me excited for E3 more than anything else at this point.

Can't say LoS is the Castlevania I want. 3DS game also keeps sounding worse with each new info coming in. Coop play? Kind of speaks against Metroidvania then, bleh

As others are saying, when they said "The Next Wii Sports" they meant it in the same way as "The Next Mario 64" or "The Next Pictochat". An app that shows off the new capabilities of a system so that consumers can better appreciate it.

I loved NSMB Wii multiplayer, but I got too good for all of my friends. It feels kinda bad when you have 99 lives and they're stuck getting continues. Oh well, I'm just glad I got to play it.

I like the music in the Galaxy games but while I won't think for others, I have some hunch that some are blinded(ears-wise) by the technical nature of it and impact(orchestration) over the actual melodies of the tunes(which aren't bad but I can't remember as many of them as the old games' music).
I really like the tune in that one Galaxy where you hit buttons and it's like a wood surface, it's really quirky and catchy.

I'm getting the feeling that cross compatibility with Wii U and 3DS is something that Nintendo is pushing harder than we previously thought.

Isn't the 3DS game actually called Mirror of Fate? Odd that the rumor has the wrong game title.

I'm in since I have U-verse I can watch G4TV while streaming Gametrailers to my laptop then I have to go back and read through IGN live streams.....

Wouldn't be surprised if this was compatible with arcade fighting games for ID-card like features. This could be huge in Japan. Hell, even the big name tournaments like Evo could reward you with a badge/BP for placing high in the competition.
I listen to it while at work. Sometimes I have to do data manipulation after I'm done scanning a patient, and the soothing piano music is really great for setting a relaxed mood. Makes work very pleasant.
For the faster tracks, I sometimes listen to them when I'm on my bicycle or motorcycle. Really, really fun!
(and don't worry.. I can hear my surroundings easily!)
I can see how the vibe would be different. The stress of getting to a shine is gone, so I can relax and appreciate the music for itself.
