Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer |OT| Rich, deep online role playing

List of all of the new Permanent Gear add-ons.

Uncommon
Hydraulic Joints: Improve armor joints to maximize the force and damage delivered through melee blows.
Vulnerability VI: Use targeting VIs to pinpoint enemy weak points. Aim will be autocorrected to maximize damage.
Mental Focuser: Sharpen mental alertness and precision under stress to aid the performance of tech or biotic powers.
Structural Ergonomics: Enhance the ability of armor to bear loads, speeding up cooldown so that powers can be used more often.
Shield Booster: Amplify the power systems that generate shields to raise their effective strength.
Multicapacitor: Add a backup power supply to the user's shields, decreasing the time before they can be brought back online.
Assault Rifle: Add power to assault rifles to increase round velocity and damage.
Sniper Rifle: Add power to sniper rifles to increase round velocity and damage.
Shotgun Amp: Add power to shotguns to increase round velocity and damage.
Pistol Amp: Add power to pistols to increase round velocity and damage.
SMG Amp: Add power to submachine guns to increase round velocity and damage.

Rare:
Grenade Capacity: Add extra grenade storage compartments to the user's armor.
Warfighter Package: Deploy this modification package to increase assault rifle power and grenade storage.
Commando Package: Optimize pistol and biotic amp power to increase damage.
Stronghold Package: Optimize shield strength and the speed of shield restoration.
Berserker Package: Optimize shotgun and armor hydraulic power to increase shotgun and melee damage.
Expert Package: Optimize energy supplies with multicore VIs to increase submachine gun damage and to recharge powers faster.
Operative Package: Optimize sniper rifle and tech power damage.

I'm betting the Rare packages have less of a damage bonus to the weapon as opposed to the dedicated uncommon ones.

It's up on 360. Immediately ran into a level 20 vorcha soldier with a Reegar carbine and a Gear package. :lol

Haha, the vorcha. "MACHINEEES!"

Vorcha's flamer is OP as hell. Burns through a prime's shields in seconds on Silver.

To be honest, even my Geth Infiltrator with a Claymore IV + proximity grenade specced for more damage from all sources can take out a Silver Geth Prime's shield very quickly. Cloak -> Grenade -> Claymore shot is very very strong. Unless it's even more powerful with that flamer.

I hope they find a way to implement different builds soon. There's like three different get infiltrator builds I like and it's annoying to have to reset the character each time.

Totally agree with this. They should just allow us to change the power specs on the fly in the menus, and just do away with respec cards altogether.

New trailer is so hype!

Holy hell, flamer is pretty incredible on armor. Too bad you have to be really close.

That reegar carbine is also just ownage up close. You only get like four full bursts until you have to get more ammo though.

I can see Vorcha being a pretty amazing close combat fighter. Haven't taken it to gold yet so we'll see how that does.

EDIT: opened ten PSPs and only got a new shotgun and a vorcha sentinel.

Just completed a Gold run on the two new maps with some randoms.

Goddess - This map is ridiculous. We kept moving around, but couldn't find a good place to bunker down. Had a hack objective on wave 10 in the middle of the large room. Was similar to that middle hack point on Giant, but even crazier.

Jade - Very similar to the Sur'Kesh mission, obviously. I'd imagine snipers would have a lot of fun here. Like Goddess, extremely easy to get flanked. I do think I like this map a bit more, at least for the first go around.

Also, Reave was totally silent now for me, thankfully.

Lol, the Vorcha are so noisy, man. Just constant grunting 'n snarling.

And their Grab is, uh... Excessive? Yes, excessive would describe it pretty well, I think.
