I really like the WW ongoing, but the character has certainly been a large source of controversy. They changed her origin, she's not the main character in her own book, and she's been all over the place in JL.

Oh yeah. You can all over the comments on the DCWKA tumblr. A lot of female readers don't like how it pits Lois and Diana against each other over a man, or that it basically turns WW into Superman's "sexy" sidekick.

AVX Versus was such a cool concept. Too bad the end result is utter shit.

It was barely even that. Fights in comic books are often just padding in between actual story. This book is all pad, all the time.

I like it just fine. You should read the Astonishing X-men's "Exalted" story arc. It picks up immediately after, without much explanation. If you like the Exiles, then this is a no brainer.

New vs Old Continuity tie-in minseries like AvX Versus, except whoever wins the fight gets to stay in the future dc continuity? Though that would partially ruin the event.....

What's there to like though, really? I like some books and i don't really care about continuity in and of itself, but they rebooted a universe with a REALLY weak premise and direction while picking and choosing as to which past events happened in this current universe. It was just really poorly done as a reboot, let alone if one should have happened. I do like the move of Superman and Wonder Woman getting together, too bad it took a year and came out of nothing.

Storm v Panther though...Even as someone who hated the marriage, that was pretty bad.

First off, it's really disappointed to see it reduced to nothing but a fist fight because of prep time. :/ Especially since in a straight hand to hand fight, Panther should wax Storm.

Storm: "If only we had had children." Really Marvel? Come on now. Storm is so much better than that.

Panther came off a little too cold. Like JJD said, having Storm tearing herself apart on the inside while Panther is just like "Shit happens. Woman wasn't that great anyway" made him seem like such a dick.

The kiss was out of nowhere and felt forced.

Why were the X-Men allowed to just walk out of Wakanda? If Panther had anti-mutant plans on some ToB Batman shit, why didn't he just disable them and lock them up? This was during the search for Hope, so it wasn't like they had Phoenix power watching their backs.

Lost his marriage and had his country flooded...I bet Panther is really regretting rejoining the Avengers.

Of the new 52 titles, I've only seriously read JL, all 3 GL titles and Morrison's Batman. JL is pretty mediocre IMHO and the other 4 titles would be pretty much the same without this new 52 silliness.

Speaking of which, I've just read the GL annual, that mythology/setup is pretty great. I'm a total sucker for these GL events / universe building though, so my opinion is meaningless.
