I actually like his default. But I agree that costume is amazingly awesome.

Yeah, Raiden's alt is from MGS4, pretty sweet.

I'm just poking fun -- I've since seen the posts where you predicted the roster before it was announced, which isn't exactly a very easy thing to do. Besides, Ryu Hayabusa has felt like a lock to me ever since he was "leaked" on the official site.

Yeah i agree, even before it was confirmed to me ryu was pretty much in, because clock specifically mentioned that there were no more tekken characters but nothing about ryu haha.
It's great how we had a big drought of info on All-Stars for awhile and lately it's turned into the complete opposite for it, such a nice change.
I'm prettysure they will considering every existing character already have rivalrys, and they both have similar abilitys so they're a great fit as rivals.
Kat is from a game, where she has to bring the vanished portions of a town back together.
Emmet is from a game where he can build and battle with structures built from thin air.
Maybe she thinks he can help her rebuild the lost portions of Hekesville? Or perhaps she thinks he's the one making them disappear?
Maybe she thinks he kinda resembles a Nevi-posessed human, and attacks him without thinking? Or mis-understands his powers as a unique form of shifting?
It's actually a pairing with a few nice possibilities.
