Daily deals have pretty much just been 1 day, though it may just go back up to £30 for a bit instead of the full £40.

EDIT: Haha ignore me, previous post says Far Cry 3 is on to Christmas Eve!

I had a stars catalogue code in FIFA, Asscre3d and Sonic & All Stars but not Batman or Darksiders. No real pattern to these.

I think this is advisable. the game staff I spoke to were utterly clueless. they didn't even know about the offer until I asked them to scan a copy, so it's entirely possible the staff member who told me was talking out of his arse.

I'll have a look, take Hitman in to trade, and if it all goes tits up I'll trade Hitman over Amazon and order that way, probably. Thanks for the advice guys.

Picked up reduced Far Cry 3 at a GAME store, very nice. Be careful, though, as both the normal and Lost Expeditions editions are on sale at the same price, and at the store I visited were on the same rack. It would be easy to carelessly pick up the version with less content.

Hello gents/ladies; is there a cheap way to buy stuff on the eShop? Trine 2 is calling me! Or am I just spoilt for choice with the option of: i/ buying an eShop card from a retailer, or ii/ buying it off the eShop with a debit/credit card, and paying exactly the same in the end? Do any retailers sell the cards below M.R.P?

We were discussing this very recently. I have never done this, but they said that using a fake (but valid) address is enough.

Just make sure it's in a country that doesn't enforce online sales tax. Delaware is your safest bet (US tax haven, hehehe).

this is what I thought. game are known for their inflated prices and occasionally sending out pre-owned copies "by accident" but I haven't come across many complaints with their delivering stuff.

amazon is really getting on my tits though. they've gone from the best to the worst for delivering stuff this year. truly terrible, hope they fix up in the new year.

I'm looking for CHEAP CHEAP PC version of dark souls. GMG say's it has it from £21.99, but the actual price is £25. There's a 30% coupon, which brings it down to £17.50, but i'm looking for cheaper :eek:

So ShopTo have a 'mega sale' on and Wii U Basic = £229.85 and Wii U Zombie U = £314.86 and Black Wii U + Darksiders + Batman = £349.85.

Are these the best bundles currently or are there better cheaper bundles?

Dispatch date on zavvi doesn't mean a thing. I got "within 10 days", was dispatched within 1 day. I got "within 24 hours", was dispatched after a week. "within a month" could mean in 5 days or 2 months.

If the code on the back of the manual works in Steam directly without the DVD, I could actually sell you mine. I just bought it for the artbook.

Just a small warning: I ordered my DS PtD on November 18th, when it was "Usually dispatched in 3 days", then after a week or so it turned to "Usually dispatched with a month." More recently, it has been "Usually dispatched within 24 hours" the past couple of days, but my copy still hasn't shipped.

Sent them an email, no reply so far.

(Mind you I did order the game at 12,5 euros or so. It hasn't been back at that price since.)

Yeah I've ordered a DVD from Zavvi last month and it still hasn't arrived yet. It's been a full month since yesterday.
I've sent them an email. 30 days have passed so they have to look into it. It's too late to tell them about non-received packages after 40 days, so I hope they hurry the hell up.
