50 is a bit much, how long is the game campaign? is it as long as RE5?
Too bad he misspelled the game name.Perfect.
I've heard it's pretty short as it was designed for handhelds and were supposed to give you that "bite-sized" experience. Hopefully someone in this thread could clear that up though.50 is a bit much, how long is the game campaign? is it as long as RE5?
I don't know if it's better than RE4 but I do feel it's pretty close.
Gotta wonder if the haters have actually tried the game though. Seems like RE6 syndrome all over again ;_;

It's sits pretty comfortably between RE4 and RE5 for length.
Most of the criticism existed way before RE6 came out, so I'm afraid it has nothing to do. In fact, RE6 being so bad in the end benefited Revelations, as most of his defenders use the "hey, it's way better than 5 and 6" argument, like if it was a hard task to accomplish or something.
Btw, did anyone really cared about Revelations plot? I thought it was ridiculous at best.
lol at that price
MAAAAYYYYY...DaaaAAAaaaaaaAAaaYYYYyyyyYY!!!!!!!!!!
Does it have good replayability? I spend hours on RE5 beating the campaing as both Chris and Sheva, multiple difficulties, and finding treasure to unlock new weapons, and maxing their levels so I can get unlimited Ammo.
If this game has that, then I might as well bite the bullet.
YMMV. I think Revelations is actually longer. Took me 13 hours as opposed to 8-ish for RE5. Crazy I know.Revelations is about 8-9 hours, i think RE5 took me first time about 10 first playthrough
I think I'll go Wii U as long as they have play exclusively on the gamepad support.

Yeah, I don't understand this at all. Must be the new trend. Charge full price for the game when it's first release as an exclusive, then charge full price again a year later when it's rereleased.

I remember when Capcom tried to sell the 3DS game for $50, arguing that it was a console-quality game in handheld form. They backpedaled on the decision before release, but it seems they intend to get their $50 after all.

Leon and Claire for Raid mode, you bastards! Is it so hard to have all 4 together?
Damn.
Julia Voth face better be used for Jill in this HD version.
That's every RE story in a nutshell.
That said, the story is pretty fucking bad in this game.

Regardless of which is longer, Revelations is a full-fledged game. It could easily have been a numbered title (other than the fact that it's a side story).
Money thrown on the garbage can.
Probably not, I'm sure people who haven't played/heard of how good Revelations is might be burned out by 6. Not saying that there weren't people who enjoyed it, but there definitely were a lot of people who didn't.FUCK YES!
Now I wonder if RE: R will outsell RE6 on consoles across the board.
I would say it is merely impossible; spin-offs rarely sell better than main entries; and now we are comparing a more traditional RE experience with the cinematic-action packed RE 6.Probably not, I'm sure people who haven't played/heard of how good Revelations is might be burned out by 6. Not saying that there weren't people who enjoyed it, but there definitely were a lot of people who didn't.

I doubt Capcom is expecting amazing sales, and I doubt it would need them; the hard work is already done.Probably not, I'm sure people who haven't played/heard of how good Revelations is might be burned out by 6. I'd double dip to play RE5 on the can.....(don't judge me). Still haven't played the full version of RE6 though. Not that i care, but Capcom should release a bundle of RE5 and RE6 for the WiiU.
Easy money.
Having a HUDless mode would be pretty cool for the Wii U version; hopefully, Capcom has that in mind, along with off-TV play.
Like the 3DS version right?
Wow, man.Like the 3DS tbh.
