Somebody already explained that, but I will just add one thing: they didn't kill all their european studios, they left Sports Interactive and Creative Assembly intact. Heck..the second of those is expanding like crazy. So it seems pc market has been very good for Sega, so it makes sense they want to buy Relic.If that's true then why did Sega dramatically downsize; kill all of their european branches and say they're only going to release retail games for four franchises?
