PS3 had a good run.

It's hard for me to feel this way after comparing it to PS1 and PS2 at least in terms of Japanese releases. I don't see how this situation would be an improvement next console generation; now we don't even have Tri Ace doing their own console releases.

Yea I bought PS3 at launch for this game, but now I would rather have it come out on PS4 if that would help boos the visuals and gameplay.

That's true, I guess. In a way, putting it on the new system would also bring a renewed hype in some form and be good for the brand in general. I can warm up to that since its a better experience, too...

Versus most likely would have maxed out the PS3, graphics wise. On the PS4, it may not look as good in comparison to other games.

Even if it would be an "abuse of trust" to move Versus to the PS4 now, they don't have much reason not to. Most of the people they would upset, the ones who bought a PS3 for Versus, would likely buy it anyway. If Versus turns out well, (and I personally think it will; Nomura's games have never let me down), it being a PS4 exclusive could make it a system seller for RPG fans.

not really. I think my fan is fine.

Lucky. I get that too. It sometimes freezes, but that's very rare.

Because it was Nomura's take on his own Final Fantasy game which was gonna compete or be the opposite of FFXIII. However at this point the name is more dumb than ever before. I still think they should rename it something else entirely.

As for me, I think it's obvious that Versus has been moved to next-gen, or at the very least is cross-gen. The radio silence on it and the Last Guardian

doesn't make sense any other way, at this point. As for whether it shows up on Wednesday...I think it's something Sony would like to have at the event, and it would also be a good way for SE to get people talking about the game again...but since when has SE done anything that makes any sense?
