I would have bought SFxT since that ended up as one of my tops in the fighting flood this gen (thats right) but seems more of my friends have UMvC3... Are the Vita d-pad controls actually good for that?

I've been playing Marvel on stick since it was released, so there was a real adjustment period to playing it on the Vita, but from what I've heard the Vita really has one of the best D-pads around. I've had it for a few months and I'm starting to get to the point where I can do most of the execution-heavy stuff with advanced characters like Magneto and Dante that I can do on the console versions with a stick, so that tells me the controls are definitely up to the task for anyone who is used to playing on a pad. The one downside is that there are no L2 and R2 buttons, so that makes playing charge characters like Zero and Vergil more difficult.

Hey quick question...
If i log into my PSN account on a PS3, can I download all the games and DLC I bought on PSN through my VIta....ie. could I transfer these free games to a ps3 after "purchasing" them on my vita?

My sis has a PS3 and we would like to share an account....another question...can we play Vita/PS3 games (PSABR) against each other on the same account.

I dunno about the free games.

Well she has the PS3 version of PSABR and I have the vita versions, bought seperately. I have the preorder costume DLC and a few PS1 games. So if I log into my account on her PS3 can I redownload all of my games Ive bought onto her PS3?

I like to own the games I pay for. If I pay for PS+, Sony can decide that I can't play my games anymore anytime by just shutting off the online service. This is inacceptable. Games one gets free via PS+ are paid games, as long as PS+ isn't free.

Hmm I'd say SFxT, but the game has various button combinations you'll need and can assign to the touch or rear pad:
Light Punch+Light Kick= Throw
M. Punch and M. Kick= Tag
H. Punch and H. Kick= Launcher
Perform a special move with 2 Punch or Kick buttons= EX ver. of that move
Perform a special move motion with 3 Punch or Kick buttons= Super move

The catalogs for both systems are exceptional and the later's has gone under appreciated for far too long. Giving away PS1 and PSP games strikes me as a win/win.

PS1/PS2/PSP catalogs combined are enormous. That would be wise.

Seems like Nintendo had the right idea with Virtual Console pushing their classics, but Sony isn't pushing their classics aggressively enough, unless you live in Japan, then they are pushing their classics appropriately.

I know what it entails, but that doesn't mean that I find this OK. I just explained why
a) the PS Plus games are not free, but what you get for the fee
b) why I as a European PSV-owner don't have PS Plus and have no intent of changing that ever.

Whats so good about that oddworld vita game?

It's a portable version of an upgrade to one of the best Xbox games. It's also the best FPS on the system right now.

Stranger's Wrath is an incredibly unique, well-made, beautiful game. JAW did an amazing job with the port. I'd consider it a must-own game if you have a Vita.

I'm completely happy with everything we've received. Like others it'd be nice to see more psp and ps1 games show up like this and for ps+. I think we all need to remember just how much we pay for plus and then actually ponder what you get. Microsoft charges roughly the same just so you can play online multiplayer and use subscriptions you already paid for. I think we should embrace this behavior, unless you love paying five dollars for some boost in a sports game.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to pick up Super Stardust while it is still on sale. I added it to my cart but never pulled the trigger on it.

I think this is the first time that I haven't had the freebies already. As an extra bonus, I don't think I have any of the PS+ games for March.

Now I just have to figure out what I need to delete from my 32gb card to make room...
