Wow EA just doesn't have a clue. They halve the price on Origin but still have Nintendo selling it on their EShop for $50. Feel bad for anyone who paid full price.

It's part of their Spring Sale on Origin. Their games are still full price everywhere else.

If only Nintendo would offer refunds for digital purchases. I don't even want to own the game anymore. Pisses me off that I spend $60 on the eshop for it only to see that ea is selling it for $30 an hour later.

The last time I ordered a physical copy of a game through Origin it showed up to my house with a game broken into about 4 pieces inside. I called EA and they told me that I couldn't prove it was broken and wouldn't give me a refund. Never again, even if it costs me $30.

It's no different to if WalMart decided to sell it for $30. Not Nintendo's fault or anything such as that so you're not really eligible for a refund

Tell me about it, I usually only buy 1 or 2 games a year. I've already bought 3 in March.

MH, NFS, and Luigi ghost house

I'm probably buying 3... Today. This, MHU, and Lego. I don't have the time for my backlog let alone three of these games...

Oh well!

Someone requested some off-screen pics. Not the best but you get the idea.

EA can set prices on eShop they just did not bother I just paid $59.99 at noon

they could have set that price it has nothing to do with Nintendo but after the stupid mistake Nintendo made yesterday on LCU I bet they get some calls

Have you contacted Customer support. They might refund the difference like they did with Lego land when it was priced incorrectly.

No, they're not going to do that. That was a Nintendo mistake, this is not. If you haven't requested a refund before though, they'll probably help you out.

EDIT: And when I mean refund, I mean the full price of the game as well as deletion of the license on your account. Not a partial refund.

The game's 61.50€ in the Spanish Origin store. What a stupidly random price.

At least it's not 69.99€ like someone mentioned earlier in the thread.

For comparison, PS360 version is 56.36€.

Got it in the Origin sale, though now I have to wait until next week to play it and I won't have it always on the console, which is a downside to me. I wanted to get most if not all my games installed to the Wii U but with a few gifts I've received and now this, and Nintendoland packaged as a disc, and AC III bought during Futureshop's Buy 3 Get 1 Free E3 Promotion... I now have Scribblenauts Unlimited, Zombi U, NSMB U, NFS:MWU, AC III and Nintendoland as physical copies and Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed, Trine 2, Nano Assault as digital (going to get Lego City Undercover as soon as I'm able to get a Y-cable for my external HDD)

Hope the demo's out soon, I want to try it while I wait for the full copy to arrive

Wtf have Nintendo done. I'm not a big DD guy but this really does ensure I won't buy big games digitally. It's madness.

this is 1/3 the size of LCU so far it only took 4 hours to download

LCU yesterday I started at midnight was not done until 6:45PM!

why does NFS with 7GB last 80 minutes to install, but Lego only roughly 40 minutes (based on my reading in the OT) with 22GB?

19GB but true true

dunno but I fear as soon as I launch the game there might be an update

sounds like an EA mess to me get it while its hot guys

Hopefully they will honor the price. We will see.

I was going to do the Target Buy 2 get 1 Free deal and pick this up with Lego City and Monster Hunters but $30 is too good of a deal.

I will have to come up with a different 3rd game at Target.

Installing to hard drive or internal memory? For me installs seem to go much faster to hdd.

I have an external 500GB 7200rpm laptop drive, and the install took 14 minutes. Lego City took 25. It's bus powered with a Y Cable, so I'll be interested to see how other people's performance differs.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
Just picked it up from Origin for $29.99. Amazing price.

How does the Wii U version compare to the PC version?

Some added functionality with the touchpad, I believe it uses similar/the same textures as the PC version (which are better than the 360/PS3 versions), and this game includes the first DLC but it looks like the rest of the DLC will not be coming to the WiiU version, or so rumors go. Disclaimer: I say all this having played neither, let alone any game in the Burnout or Need for Speed series.
