The art direction in this game proves why next gen consoles are irrelevant.

The problem for most people is that they use reddit enhancement suite, which allows you to expand an image on the page without clicking on it. This doens't work for Flickr, but it does for IMGUR. I got a pro imgur account (they're cheap) so I could post screenshots without compression to alleviate some quality loss... but I still think they're compressing them a bit, even though they claim they're untouched....
I don't know about that. I'd love to see what they're capable of doing with a better engine.
I think they did great things with Unreal Engine 3... but even with their beautiful art direction, the engine is showing its age. Lots of banding all over the place, objects clipping through the ground\player models... and still pretty low res textures, despite the "high quality" textures they shipped the game with. But the best part about this game's art is I didn't care about all that

I'm just guessing, but so that people with low-resolution monitors can see the focus of the image without having to use their h-scroll.
