Great win for the lake show... Need Nash back in the lineup if we're ever going to make noise in the playoffs. Steve Blake needs to lead the bench and get meeks, jamison, clark some good looks.

If the Lakers road to the finals look like

Spurs
Memphis
OKC

i'll can see the Lakers getting to the Western Conference Finals.

Yep, and that's why I've been the biggest defender of him. Obviously he's pretty bad on defense these days but it doesn't matter so much if Dwight was healthy. He was damn good in the Olympics and there's just no reason he'd suddenly be a terrible player considering the style of game he plays.

Pringles totally misused him but at least he knows how to play him now. It's like the Lakers are paying Pringles to learn about basketball, and now he knows how to put 2 big guys on the court.

I'd only trade pau if we'd get a player like Kevin Love in exchange. Pau is clearly the best player on the floor (sans kobe) when he gets his touches.

It's very plausible that the Lakers will perform better in the playoffs sans Kobe. He really didn't play defense all season and Howard's actually motivated as the focal point of the Lakers game plan. Nash coming back will only help facilitate more pick and roll offense and make the Lakers pretty formidable in the playoffs.

I think a motivated Dwight cancels out the offensive woes of missing Kobe. When healthy, Dwight is perennially the second most valuable player in the league.

i said like 3 days ago that the lakers are going to win the rest of their games because kobe isn't letting other players get career highs anymore

amnestying kobe is the biggest no-brainer in history

Kobe going super saiyan in the playoffs was the Lakers' best chance this year. The reason LA won the last 3 games is because teams weren't used to playing vs. them without Kobe. The second time around they'll be figured out and exposed, which is exactly what we'll see happen in San Antonio.
