But too much skepticism stops one from having fun, if you haven't noticed most of the people guessing are having lighthearted fun.

Hey man, I get your point. But I'm not going to sign up for the disappointment rodeo because some folks are having light hearted fun. I think you underestimate how many of those people are in fact being actually hyped over nothing, though.

I get that you get what I'm saying, I also get what your saying, so I'm glad we get each other. I hope we can continue to get each other in future.

I remember the Famitsu threads which were hyped a few times, but the game ended up being nothing, so I get your point from experience.

But one day it really will be Versus, Persona 5 etc....one day...you get me?

Fair enough, perhaps I was a little excessive.

But bitter? If you plunked down $300 for a Vita at launch, you'd be bitter as well. Look, my statement was not a personal attack on Shahid, but a sharp jab at the gross mismanagement at Sony in relation to all things Vita. It seems Shahid is a standout kind of guy, really. But management as a whole under Sony is simply apathetic towards the community of Vita owners. And I'm not speaking of well wishes, promises, and fealty to the the Playstation brand. I'm speaking of numbers. As in price cut numbers, or a number of new Vita titles or PS1 classics coming out, or a number of of SKUs sold.

And the numbers are abysmal.

Why am I "bitter," as you say? Because the Vita is a business brand, and Shahid is a business man, and business is not going well. And if you think otherwise, take a look at the numbers. Granted, he's not Kaz, or one of the other head honchos, but I would be giving them the business as well if it were pertinent for this thread.

Now, do I appreciate Shahid taking his time out to give some information about a potentially big title on the horizon? You bet I do. But that doesn't mean I can't share my qualms about what's wrong with the state of Vita software.

Just keep in mind that we are the customers, and they, Sony and all its management, are selling, or have sold us a product, nothing more, nothing less.

I would kill for Joan D'Arc 2 for Vita but i don't think it qualify as megaton or even kiloton.


I am 99% sure it will be TYPE-0 for US and EU for Vita only

Ask Tabata. He only said they scrapped Vita plans. And that they would wait for a better opportunity to bring it out. Which is somewhere between now and forever.

Yep, but L5 is interested in it. There was an interview before WKC was released where Hino mentioned that western journalists always ask him about a new Dark Cloud. But the actual production of it would be up to Sony since it's their IP.

But we do know that L5 is currently working on a PS4 game. So that could be it.
