I'm not sure how I feel about this...
Depending on how this goes, Microsoft may be really angry at E3. Or sad.

didn't think things could get more juicy for Microsoft!
Hey if you're gonna be locked up for a long time might as well go out with a bang. Microsoft wants to make this guy disappear. They're probably going to succeed. Might as well do as much as you can before it happens.
BAM, there it is.So he needs to connect to his server every 24 hours?....
how can someone so smart be so...stupid?
E3 games
So i go to sleep now and hope i will read some super awesome leaks when i wake up. Yeahe i am a bad person :lol
The keys to the system. So what's the worst that could happen if he does release them?
-They arrest him
-He releases all the info.
-Info eventually becomes outdated as years pass.
What's the worst thing that they could be hiding, really? A few upcoming games, engineering documents, some internal notes? Unless they're secretly pressing discs using blue whale cyst extract or something, I can't think of anything that wouldn't die down quickly as new controversies erupt elsewhere.
I think all of us here like the vidjagames, but I don't understand asking for more jail time or whatnot over a videogame console.
Just what do you think you're doing, Dae?
And they'd be willing to set themselves up? Pretty sure his "contacts" are now not even going to bother touching his calls with a 10ft pole.I'm sure he's given the info to other people who are also instructed to release it. No way he only has it in one place.
LOL
This is so stupid.
I LOL'd
Sounds like the stuff he got right was all writing on the wall anyway, probably just informed guesses. I think this man is all smoke and mirrors. So basically, his Twitter record is terrible, but the info he gave Kotaku ended up being pretty legit.
My opinion: he knew stuff, and anything he didn't know he pretended he did. So I don't know what to think.
For those wondering, here's the info he's gotten right and wrong-
Given to Kotaku-
+Kinect required to function
+Kinect always on, always functioning
+Mandatory Installs
+Multi function apps, able to load during gameplay
+No major changes to controller
Posted on his Twitter-
+The names of the start/back buttons have been changed.
-MS will allow used games just like the 360, but Sony won't.
-Xbone will be more powerful than the PS4. ("Buy a Durango and you won't end up with crap.")
-Xbone doesn't require an online connection, but the PS4 likely requires it.
-Basically anything bad about the Xbone was refuted and attributed to the PS4

Added to OP. Thanks. For those wondering, here's the info he's gotten right and wrong-

What is there left to reveal, anyway? Only thing I can think of (or care about) is unannounced games.
The keys to the system.
Except if you REALLY wanted to harm them with that you'd release it post-launch when they can't change it.
There is nothing short of Microsoft's plans for world domination that the FBI would give a fuuuuuuuuuck about.Yeah I'm curious myself. And especially what's left to reveal that could be used as a threat?

IIRC, he was the one who sent Kotaku/VGLeaks the SDK documentation which outlined the stuff he got right.Sounds like the stuff he got right was all writing on the wall anyway, probably just informed guesses. I think this man is all smoke and mirrors.
And a complete fucking moron that is so full of himself he lives in la-la land where he think possessing "Top Secret info about the Xbox One" is some kind of leverage or bargaining chip against the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION OF THE UNITED STATES.
