No bro Ive been looking and calling everywhere, we're shit out of luck. Sony might as well just release the damn game already, The ending is already all over the internet. I hope they do away with street dates someday and just sell the game when they get it.

No luck here either, called all the stores I know and got put on a call list so if they do get it early at least I'll get a call.

Looks like it's polished as hell.

But is it fun? I'm really just not in the mood for shooting mechanics that are similar to Uncharted's. I want my gun in a game like this to feel like a serious weapon.

I suppose I could always play it on my friends PS3, but I just don't have time to go over there and do that. Lol. I'd rather just lay on my couch after work and watch it like a movie.

I borrowed a coworkers copy of Bioshock Infinite, so I'm passing the time with that and Marvel Heroes.

I ain't even mad at those that got the game early. I'm in this weird state of zen like tranquility when it comes to the seven day wait. Maybe it's me just being older now (I'm 33), but that wait isn't as agonizingly tortuous as they used to be, and TLoU is my most anticipated game for PS3 this year. I'm actually suspecting that the wait has just driven me mad, and I just didn't realize it...

Personally I think all games should come out on Friday so you can play them over the weekend. When Infamous came out the Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend that was the dumbest shit.

Might end up breaking down and get this on release day, despite reservations about the gunplay.

nah the most walkthrough I have seen was to the part where they completed the lelvel that's in the demo

I just watched Adam Sessler's review again.

Gotta say, even though I grew up with "Talking into his shoe" "Meet the Sess" Adam, I love his new, more "academic" approach to video game reviews on Rev3.

Bioshock Infinite pretentiousness aside.

I was watching the E3 demo again, damn...the time went by fast. Still can't believe I'm going to be playing this game in six days

I remember seeing that demo for the first time and I was on the edge of my seat from just watching. I couldn't believe that fight with like six guys was more tense and exhilarating than most set pieces I had played.

I've never seen Children of Men, but I have it on BluRay. I should watch that tonight.

I've never seen The Road either, but I think I would rather read that book (or listen to the audiobook), I heard the film was straight up bad.

EDIT: After looking up reviews for The Road, whoever told me it was bad seems like an idiot.

I love TLOU. It is my favorite game and I can't wait to play it all over again tonight but it got me thinking. Are there any Xbox 360 games like this that are exclusive?

I don't want any FPS games either.

Naughty Dog are in a class of their own.

I hope Beyond is half as good and I'll be happy. I love these single player games on PS3 and want to try some on Xbox 360.

I hate to be one of those people but...

The film isn't bad, but the book is much better.

Watch Children of Men though, fantastic film.

None really comes to mind with the narrative focus from the recent Naughty Dog games. Gears of War comes close but its narrative and story is more bland and the gameplay comes off at this point as generic despite the fact that it once popularized the third person shooter industry.

But yeah for the cinematic focus, I think its largely been on PS3.

Yeah reviews seem to say its not too bad, irts got 60something on metacritic.
