Sorry for the late reply I got caught up in an epic lego session with my five year old.

The release dates are usually accurate within a couple days barring any unforeseen delays. For example we had GTA 5 listed as spring 2013 and had also received presale cards from R* with that date on them only to have the launch date bumped to fall. November nothing is ever 100%, but things usually come out when they are listed.

I'm sure Ubisoft would be thrilled knowing there game won't be available on the day people go buy the console.

It's not happening.

Battlefield 4 and AC4 are too big.

But the same could be said about Call of Duty: Ghosts (5:th of November), and Watch_Dogs (19:th of November) and so on. Every next-gen/crossgen title won't be released on launch, it's a launch -window-. If they're smart enough, they'll make sure their games are spread out in the weeks after launch.
It's not like there won't be any other thirdparty titles on launch day, hell FIFA I'd say is bigger than either of the two you mentioned.

Just release the PS4 versions of AC4 and BF4 early alongside the console.

Makes sense not to be releasing on the same day as the current gen versions, maybe EA or UBI asked them to avoid that day, or perhaps retail did?

Edit:Reading page three right now. Just so everyone knows all I have is our internal release schedule and nothing more. Nothing is cast in stone and things can change (though they rarely do). To clairify the 21st date means the week of. It could launch on the Monday though.

As I said I am not an insider, just a normal guy. This rumor is not anything but a rumor right now, you guys know just about everything I do now.

The early word is that Madden will have all of the features that its current gen sibling has unlike the last time Madden launched on a new gen.

No way DriveClub is ready in like 6 weeks. Killzone Knack plus sports isn't that great. The 29th makes more sense. Out before X1 and a better launch lineup with two more AAA titles.

Much as I want this to be true, I can't help but think it's a Vita re-design. Mostly because: why is it labelled "unnamed Sony console?" We know it's called "PlayStation 4." Why wouldn't it be labelled as such? To avoid leaks?

Finger's crossed this is true, the sooner I get my hands on it the better. And launching a week before ACIV sounds good to me, it means I have a week dedicated to beating Knack and checking out how Planetside 2 and Warframe handle on the PS4.

People saying that content at launch will be slim, remember that there are F2P games available (at launch?) as well.
