I mean to change whatever "platforms" which already inside the bracket into that "orbiz", it so freakin damn easy. Don't even need to type thousand of word to fake it, just get the conf XML (which is probably real), use notepad, copy paste, ctrl+f the word, change, upload it and boom. Anybody can do it under 5 minutes!

And why on earth the uploader didn't change it to Ouya. Just to make the Internet melt! Lol

I just hope for an answer soon. I won't complain if they're waiting for the new systems to be out (and give a little extra time for for the current-gen SKUs to sell exclusively).

Yeah, I think we all saw this coming. That why I've decided to Wait and get the PS4 version.
We need to go deeper.
Also, I would double, even triple (PS3, PC, PS4) dip if this game is as good as it looks like it will be.

The game is a few days out from launching on 360 and PS3. No way in hell R* would comment on some game data leak about possible future versions. My guess is they ain't sayin' shit about that for a while.
Rockstar's exact plan is to fuck you over.
They want you to feel like you are making a good investment with the current gen version, then a couple months later, drop the definitive version.
Especially with so much money behind the current gen launch. They don't want people to wait.

This strikes me as a really shady move by Rockstar, I don't mind not announcing the PS4 version before the current gen one, that's business. But it looks like they've actually been selling the game with videos from a version you can't buy, and lying to us about what the final game will look like.

I rather know I should wait a while longer for the good version than feel like I got screwed when the announcement comes. theres tons of people willing to buy the current gen version, no point dicking around those that can handle waiting a while longer. it makes no sense to hold back the existence of other versions other than maybe trying to guarantee a higher chance of record sales.

I will hold out for PS4. Not a huge GTA fan but I do enjoy it enough.

I know you and plenty of other people would like to know, but at the end of the day that announcement effects Rockstar's bottom line.
If they don't say anything, there is the potential for more sales from the current-gen version since people falsely believe that it will be the only version.
You just hit the nail on the head.
Announcing anything now will lose them sales in the short term and won't effect their long term sales in a significant way.
if there is no xbone version that would be my conclusion as well

While I do believe this is Rockstar's plan, a small part of me kind of wonders if Rockstar wouldn't be above that kind of practice. GTA V is already the biggest game of the year, no contest. It will be beloved by the whole of the CoD/Madden audience, who will all be buying the current-gen version. Is it really worth it for them to do such a quick turnaround, and announce a next-gen/PC version? Just for the current-gen orders of that super-dedicated audience? Especially when it kind of frames them in a bad light?
But I know there's more to it than that. Showing next-gen/PC footage of the game would make the current gen version look bad, and cut even deeper into those initial launch sales. (Though if that's a problem, just refuse to show that version until the current gen one is out.).
I'm not saying there isn't a next-gen GTA V. But I am kind of curious about Rockstar's approach to the issue.

They wont say anything this side of Christmas, I would speculate. They have spent $250m on this game - they will want maximum return on investment when it's hot - and then once the usual GTA release hype has died down, they'll probably announce a next gen version with a little additional content probably in Q1 next year.
Two things here: 1) before GTA 4, we heard mention of the DLC and Microsoft getting that exclusivity - we havent heard anything about DLC this time around - makes me think they've been working on next gen versions too, and 2) I bet we will not see any kinds of $10 discounted price point for cross gen purchasers (like EA have offered for their titles)
GTA V needs to be as profitable as possible for the money spent creating it - this means multi-platform, multi-generation, and maximum double-dipping.
Man, I just tried to play GTA IV Episodes on the PC again this weekend and it still has serious issues. Whether vanilla or ENB, the performance just isn't smooth even when I'm hitting 60 fps.
Also, icehancer is awful with EFLC.
Max Payne 3, however, ran beautifully on the PC so perhaps a PC port of GTAV could actually be usable. As it stands, I'd rather play GTAIV on PS3 or 360 over the PC version.
