A Dragon Eeveelution only makes too much sense.
1. It's the last of the Gen 1-3 "special" types without an associated Eeveelution
2. Eeveelutions have been added in pairs the last two times
3. In the last two pairs of Eeveelutions, one of the two types was supereffective against the other (Dark -> Psychic; Ice -> Grass). Fairy -> Dragon.
Since they don't talk about "Mega-evolved Pokémon", it's pretty much guaranteed it'll be a regular evolution.
Personally, my money is on an evolution for Helioptile. I'm pretty sure he'll have an evolution (all early Electrik Pokémon have one, if I remember correctly), and I've always been wondering why they never revealed it.
Not sure about that Dragon Eevee... but Zeer0id's theory makes too much sense to be dismissed easily. Hmm.... sounds promising anyway

I never noticed that the Eevee evolutions were all Gen 1-3 special types. That's probably the most interesting thing about them.
Gamefreak's Eeveelution Design Process
Step 1: Take the generic Eeveelution template
Step 2: Add color
Step 3: Add random shit that fits the type you want
Step 4: Make sure Safesearch is on whenever you type the Pokemon's name into Google

This makes too much sense. I figure they'd have to reveal it soon. Although I'm curious if there are other evolutions/pre-evos from other gens. Itd seem awfully weird to only have two eeveelutions and leave it at that. Especially with gen 4 & 5 to not have any additions.

Watch it be Meowstic's evo Espurr. Its the only pokemon that pokebeach discussed that hasn't been revealled.
It'll more than likely be this.
Though, that's still something to be interested in. It may look really good, seeing as Meowstic looks amazing.

We knew about Mewtwo's Y mega evo for a very long time before they decided to reveal his X mega evo.
Them showing only one new Pokemon evo out of the three starters? I very much doubt it.

If magikarp or feebas didn't evolve into Gyrados or Milotic but they decided in a later gen to do that would you still call them useless pieces of crap? I think Dunsparce should get a mega evolution regardless and have a similar scenario to Magikarp/Feebas.
