Yea but it's like a hybrid. Notice when you first turn the system on it is not set there to default. Also there are different icons compared to the ps3 xmb. For example the chat icon has it's own entire spot.

XMB is short for cross-media-bar. That is because there is a horizontal line and a vertical line. Categories in the horizontal line and content of said category in the vertal line. That's the point of the cross-media-bar. What I'm saying is, this is not a cross-media-bar. It's just XMB-style icons.

Saw both xbox one ui and ps4, from what I saw they looked exactly the same in terms of speed. But I much prefer the xbox dashboard. Just looks more "modern" to me.

It's more minimal, I'll give Microsoft that. Flat icons on a neutral background is becoming the norm.

Yeah for sure....and speaking of, god I can't wait to get that Abe's Oddysee remake on PS4. Certainly a PS1-era resurgence in that respect. Hoping for more Oddworld games on PS4 considering JustAddWater's love for the PS4.

Can't wait either. That game is going to be phenomenal

is that 3mbit/s connection or downloading at 3MB/s? either way, it won't take that long thanks to the play as you download, granted if you mean 3mbit You'll be downloading at around 300kb/s that would be 1 gigabyte in an hour, so you could likely begin playing after somewhere between 2-5 hours, which wouldn't be too bad I suppose?not great but day one I suppose.
