So I got my code on amazon - after a few attempts i was finally able to load the PSN store. Hit redeem code, enter my code - 'An error occurred.' - try a few more times, works and shows me the confirmation page with the sub for $0.00, click confirm, 'An error occurred.' try to re-redeem code, 'An error occurred' a few more times. Called customer support because I'm worried my code was marked redeemed when I didn't actually get the sub, go through the phone menu, rings once then automated 'we can not answer your call try again later' and it hangs up on me - multiple times. Do they seriously not even have a hold system in place?

Thee's something that doesn't make sense in all of this. Since this promo is to made available to Canada, I have to wonder where and when? If not from the PSN store, I just don't see anything. Unless the promo being made "available" is buying from the US amazon store or something?
I won't trust anyone in this until the day has passed and will keep checking for whatever might happen or not lol.

Amazon has the same limit...so maybe its a hard limit enforced by Sony in letting the retailers sell online codes for this cheap??

Same exact problem...the error code when googled states "psn maintenance." I'll give it a while and see whats up...

For all we know, the site might be updated in a couple of hours. For the time being, Sony must have their hands full with the black friday sale and the launch in Europe as well.

The PS blog also failed to mention the specifics of the deal. I'm not surprised.. I've always thought that Sony needed to fire the people running the store and the blog and look for people that can do the job

If they don't do the deal on SEN I'm asking for a refund. Now I can't buy amazon codes since its my bank account and don't have more than $25 on it to buy from amazon.

I purchased PSN cards on Amazon and filled my account with it hoping the deal would show up on the SEN first. I'm not getting a refund on that lol

So I'm trying to order this on Amazon via my phone. When I look at payment options, it just says "add to shopping cart", when I click on that, it says "this item can't be purchased via shopping cart". Any one got any tips!?

It would also mean that their promise of a PS+ offer for Canadians would be a complete lie, since no Canadian store has any PS+ deals on today.
I got it to work by selecting the full Amazon website at the bottom of the mobile page.
It forced me to add my credit card number manually to complete the transaction. Perhaps try doing it through the full site on your phone if you can?
You need to do it through the browser, not an app. The card isn't added to your cart. You have to manually go through it and reenter your name and cc info to check out directly. Dunno why amazon does it like this for gift cards, but that's how it is I suppose. I did it on my phone, but you have to use your phone's browser.

bought the digital code on amazon, but I cant redeem it. Either says "error" or code is invalid. Im assuming its because PSN is under pressure right now, anyone else getting the same?
You can switch from mobile to the full site at the bottom of the page.
Try redeeming my Amazon code online, get "This Prepaid Card cannot be redeemed on a PC". Try it on my PS4, it shows that the code is for 1 year of PS+, loads for a bit, and then either errors out or goes to the main PS4 menu.
Check my services, still no year of PS+. Annoying. Here's hoping the code hasn't been invalidated or something through all this...
